Clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4
The apartment was ready when promised and communication with AvantStay was easy and clear. The unit was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet yet still offered a lot of options for dining and recreation close by. Its proximity to the Universities was a big plus for us. We would stay here again and will look for other AvantStay properties when traveling in the future.

Adorable home
Adorable home. There were four of us and we were very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. Right between Rosemary Beach and Alys.
Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The beach was steps away. What more could we need on vacation!!

Very clean place. Views were amazing, and the king size bed and pillows were so comfy. Balcony is roomy with a nice size table. Once again, views were amazing! Would definitely go back again :)

Great new home with a solid outdoor…
Great new home with a solid outdoor setup.
One heads up: there’s a street light right next to the backyard wall that, when on, kills the vibe after dark. I mentioned it to the hosts during their first-night check-in text, suggested they contact the city about it, and somehow the light was off the next night. No idea how they made that happen, but it was impressive.
Hosts are responsive and clearly on top of things. Would definitely come back.

We celebrated 2 60th birthdays in Isle Of Palms. The house was beautiful & the management company was very to respond to all our questions & took care of anything that we needed.

We stayed in the Southwest bungalow. It was very comfortable and in a nice location. We saved money by being able to cook on days we wanted. We could walk to several sites we wanted to see. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to stay in Nashville
We have stayed here 3 years in a row. The location is perfect. It is convenient to everything in Nashville. Just a short walk to the convention center and to wonderful restaurants. Parking is included with your stay. The apartments have everything you need, they just need a little sprucing up and some minor repairs done. We will continue to choose SoBro for our future stays in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Honestly lost for words… Beautiful home! Perfect location! Incredible host! From start to finish, literally would not change one thing. Walking distance to a beautiful peaceful beach location within the neighborhood. A convenience store right at the end of the road with golf cart and bike rentals. Straight shot to seaside(within biking and or golf cart distance) just outside busy mess but a quick hop to it! We had a blast and I will definitely use Avant Stay in the future!

Apartment is decent but the customer service is really bad, we arrived in Nashville with no check in details, emailed customer service 3 times, still waiting for a reply 4 hrs later. Had to phone them and eventually got thru and issue resolved, shouldn’t have to go thru this crap just to check in
