Hire company was Drivalia the agent, nice young man, very pleasant and helpful was in his first few days in the job could not give me a printed copy of contract. Printer was not working.
He had to look up on YouTube how the MG hybrid electric operated- I’d never driven a hybrid or EV before. Car return was not open on my way home, used drop box.
However I’ve yet to get email from company to confirm return and all is in order, or that the deposit has been released to my credit card. The car was excellent and Antonio the agent was very polite and apologetic over the situation out of his control.

Negative: No enough member privileges. Need to add such things as addition driver or loyalty upgrades.

All very good but would like to see what the full insurance coverage would be instead of finding out at the desk. I think it’s called LCW. We would know it as Fully comprehensive insurance

dislike - the booking was advertised on the booking website as "At Airport" (in lisbon airport) , but is actually "off airport via a shuttle service" which is not ideal as we arrive quite late

Having accepted my payment, I was surprised to be informed that I still haven't got a definite booking yet, no voucher available yet. I've never had that experience when hiring a car. As it stands, I still don't know if there will be a car waiting for me at the airport. This seems ludicrous.

Fairly easy booking process with 'user friendly' layout. The final payment section could be clearer though. I was very unsure if the payment had gone through, (which it hadn't) but it took ages to tell me!
