Good! Did what, it is supposed to !

The price I accepted to pay was not the price in the end and auto butler didn't help so even thou they promise no surprises that's not true

Autobutler saved me a lot of time to locate the best garage for my repair. Unfortunately one of the suppliers was not suited for the job, and should not have appeared in the results list. and, whist the 'second choice' was excellent in terms of completing the job, I had to take on extra expense to ire a recovery service - and the Autobutler commission further increased cost relative to going direct (had I known the garage). That said, the platform was easy to use and communication generally good. I was transferred to a Swedish call centre at the weekend, though, as Autobutler does not have its own support by phone 7 days.

Great service! Sally (I think that was her name) was amazing on the reception desk and very helpful and understanding. My car was repaired and although it wasn’t what I thought the car needed repairing, they sorted the issue and I had my car fixed and returned and surprisingly cleaned within 24 hours! Thank you AutoButler team and Sally

I choose auto butler to book my car service and the garage had a really professional staff to do it. I’ll recommend others to book through them!!

Autobutler gave me a quote for replacement clutch. I accepted price and booked date and time on line with selected garage. After hearing nothing for days I rang the garage who had not received my booking and also quoted double the price for the work. The price match was useless, the website was useless and Autobutler was useless.

Provided an excellent service. I got a number of quotes from garages and as always the cheapest is not necessarily the best. It was good to be able to check on the reviews of other users before making a decision.
The garage that did the job was first class.

Fantastic service. I’m always hesitant to try anything new, but the deal that auto butler found for me was considerably cheaper than what I’d been quoted at my usual local garage. I’ll definitely use auto butlers services again, as it saves a lot of calling around garages for quotes and timescales etc. Auto butler take all that hassle away from you as the customer. Super simply to use and super professional communication. Really impressed.

Very happy with the price and there service

They said they have found executive motors to repair my bumper. Having woke up 7am in the morning and pay C charge £15 the garage said they can’t repair my car.

Now having to pay travel to collect my car not rapiers, been told looking for someone else to repair my car not holding my breath.

First experience with this company not great, so if you don’t want your time wasted stay well clear.

Received a variety of quotes and went with nearest and cheapest option. Booked with no problems . Job completed by garage

I never write reviews on anything but this company lie and lie to get your business I got quoted on a clutch I was told a date and time and was told the garage have all the parts to start on my car. I got the garage he told me it was the wrong day the garage had no parts at all long story short they had my car for 3 weeks and was charged over double the price they had quoted me.. they will lie and string you along like they are doing you a favour a bunch of cowboys

No response from company, despite e-mailing them when the contact was lost.
I was offered 3 garages, I chose one and proposed 3 dates. Not heard a thing since, even after e-mailing.
A good concept, but failed by their customer service. I had to go elsewhere.

Good service sent photos of extra work needed. Would recommend
