Lost a star because I asked for a Tuesday or Monday appointments.. Kept getting Wednesday appointments.. Requested a courtesy car but garage unaware of my request..Saved me a few quid tho 👍👌

Found a great mechanic using Autobutler; Gavin from Ezee Fit Tyres in Caerphilly CB. Way cheaper than the prices quoted by the main dealer, booked in faster than the main dealer could do it and a much nicer and more pleasant experience.

I'll definitely use this mechanic again, and this site for finding other things I need in the future.

Ok, i was advised of a great garage but there was nowehere really local to me. Also the site advised 'courtesy', bu the garage didn't provide that because they don't. This site needs some tweaks i'd say. can't give more than 'average' because of the issues i've highlighted sorry.

Easy transaction, car repaired on time as agreed, good price too. Friendly service, will use again.

I tried autobutler to save ringing around for service quotes.
They came up with two garages unfortunately both an inconvenient 45 to 50miles from my home. Now getting follow up emails with no “unsubscribe” feature. Very annoying.

Made finding a good garage and a good quote much easier

So far all good did the job best price it was a hard job but he new what to do would use him again.

Came away with a cracked windscreen. Nobody brought to my attention as I drove away, noticed it on way home. Small dents on frame indicate that something was dropped on it. Shameful. Knew not to bother complaining. Otherwise air-conditioning is ok.

Nothing wrong with Drapers Garage Fareham but Auto Butler price was higher by £150 and couldn’t do it on the day they said it was a few days later.. apart from that new clutch seems to be working fine..

I went through auto butler which at my surprise came back with good quotes. Some of which were great prices, as others were overpriced!
