Easy booking experience, everything serviced as expected and at a good price. Used the site for MOT and service then a cambelt later and both experiences were good. I think being able to see a list of prices offered from garages for the work you request gives you a fair and transparent price for the work, in the otherwise murky world of service and repair costs.

The garage booked through Autobutler were great BUT Autobutler won't stop nagging me to review them!
As soon as I requested quotes I got bombarded with emails and even more after having the job completed.
Did Autobutler do their job, yes, would I use them again, NO.

Contact from Autobutler was prompt and courteous. When the appointment was booked with the workshop Autobutler were quick to let me know that the workshop could not do the job on that day and offered me an alternative date.
The workshop did a very good job and also replaced and obviously charged some parts which were not in the original quote.

Garage didn't receive my booking request. Having spoke to them they say it happens a lot with autobutler and they're a nightmare to deal with.

I contacted auto butler within their opening hours by phone to be told they're closed and call back within opening hours (turns out you get this message no matter when you call you just get cut off automatically). Emailed them to raise this issue along with my original query never heard anything back. Would never ever use or recommend again

I have been waiting over a week for a price for a vauxall corsa exhaust. What a waste of time. If you neeed a car repair dont touch them with a barge pole

Work was carried out to a high standard
The qotation for the work was not accurate and cost about £50 higher which may have influenced my selection of garage.
I may have selected a garage closer to home

Wont use these again. Sent the car the garage for the work. But because garage. Didnt have special. Tools. One of the jobs was not done. Bill was 980 pound. And now i have to pay 1000 pound for the other job. Because labour charges. Big mistake using. These

I saved £350 having Autobutlers help. There was only one issue, I was given a later date to suit my need for a courtesy car, but this wasnt relayed to the garage so I had to get a taxi home. I would still use Auto Uncle but maybe next time I would double check with garage before driving there

Easy to get to, could have had the part ready for when we got there, luckily I met my bro there, about 1pm, was hoping would be done by 3-4pm.

Car was ready about 5pm

I Didn’t want to leave this review - I gave a right of reply to auto butler but they failed to respond. I booked an MOT specifically for a class 7 Van. The garage weren’t informed . I wasted a lot of time rearranging - flying in the face of what this company is supposed to do - save you trouble. AVOID THIS COMPANY - good old google will do the job.

Initial problems with stormy weather which is clearly out of everyones hands. Then mechanic turned up Thursday and started to do clutch and dual mass flywheel. Weather again turned bad and rained unbeilvably hard, mechanic soaked and packed up leaving removed parts under, in and behind saying will return sat, or latest sunday, someone stayed in waiting all weekend but no show and not even let us know. Secretary rang next monday, mechanic to turn up on wednesday, which came and went again. Told mechanic ill, thatsfair enough I have serious heart complaint so i know things can go wrong heathwise. Now nothing from anyone, dont know when or evenif he will be coming back, contacted autobutler by phone, no pick up, i suspected they recognised my number, also emailed asking for a possible way forward or at leastto be infomred as to what washappening considering mycars inbits and ive found some of the plastic parts flying down the street in the wind. Not at all happy now, HATE being ignored, Autobutler you have behaved appallingly in this case, its not the mechanics fault if he is ill, but theres no excuse for you to ignore me. If I dont hear soon I will be resorting to litigation I kid you not, am considering contacting head office basedin denmark next see if that makes a difference. NO, on this occasion will not be reccommending!!!...still waiting to see if it ever gets done...been 9 days so far in bits..very stressed

Quotes you get are double of the price from any other website! A joke!

Stumbled across auto butler whilst looking for a local garage. So glad I did, amazing experience from enquiry to finish. Will be definitely using again.
