I bought the w10 camera/monitor combo a year ago for my work trailer to replace the system that I had previously. The W10 camera is amazing! It’s very sharp and also good in low light. My old system would sometimes lose connectivity as it was mounted on the rear of my 16’ trailer. The w10 system has not lost one second of connectivity. Fantastic system. Easy to install. 10/10

I want to share my opinion as an affiliate partner of this company.

If you are affiliate marketers like me, please stay away from this company.

This is a dishonest company that only knows how to profit from the hard work of its partners. They refuse to pay commissions and come up with every possible excuse to justify their actions.

It was a huge mistake that I didn't research this company thoroughly before partnering with them. Only after writing these words did I realize that I am not alone — there are other partners who have also been deceived by them.

A sincere piece of advice: stay away from this company at all costs.

Their response is poor, and even the CEO is no different.

This is a scam company that deceives its partners. Their products are terrible, customer service is poor, and they have no business ethics. They defraud their partners by refusing to pay them their commissions.

I bought a complete solar camera set with two cameras.
I am very satisfied with the quality. I now have a working camera system at the front and rear of my car without having to lay any cables.
AUTO-VOX customer service is TOP. I had an issue, and they tried to help me get my complete system working in my car again.

Ich habe mir ein Komplett Solarkameraset mit zwei Kameras gekauft.

Ich bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Ich habe ohne Kabel ein funktionierendes Kamerasystem vorne und hinten bei meinem Auto, ohne Kabel verlegen zu müssen.

Der AUTO-VOX Kundenservice ist TOP. Ich hatte ein Anliegen und mir wurde versucht zu helfen, damit mein Komplettsystem im Auto wieder funktioniert.

Dafür möchte ich mich ehrlich recht herzlich nochmals bedanken.

Vertrauenswürdigen Händler mit qualitativ guten Produkten. Ich habe bisher nur positive Erfahrungen hier gesammelt.

Attention pour les commandes passées en France il y a des frais bancaires et le délai de livraison est très long.

One of the best companies I have dealt with Products are of the greatest quality and same goes for product support.

While it took a lot longer for my purchase to arrive, it was a simple install and it works as it should. I wired it to my parking lights so when I turn them on, my camera also turns on. It's nice to be able to see our electric bikes behind our class A while driving, and backing up is made so much easier.

I have ordered wireless rear view camera and I was looking forward to receiving it in , unfortunately cameras monitor was faulty and now I can’t get anyone to send replacement or refund, customer service email being clearly ignored even though they say we will reply in next 24h , equally no replacement screen no refund, shocking

Der Hersteller Auto-Vox ist im Bereich Rückfahrkameras sehr bekannt und genießt durch Testberichte und Nutzervideos einen guten Ruf. Deshalb habe ich mich auch für eine Rückfahrkamera von AUTO-VOX entschieden. Die Entscheidung fiel auf das aktuelle Solar Modell.
Meine Erwartungen waren entsprechend hoch, denn die Kamera wird in vielen Tests und Videos sehr gelobt und wurde sogar als Testsieger ausgezeichnet. Umso spannender war für mich die Frage, ob sie auch im Alltag überzeugen kann. Nach den ersten Einsätzen kann ich sagen, dass sie diese Erwartungen erfüllt und mich in einigen Punkten sogar überrascht hat.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die extrem einfache Installation. Der Hersteller spricht von zwei Minuten, und auch wenn ich anfangs skeptisch war, kommt das tatsächlich ziemlich gut hin. Es müssen keine Kabel verlegt werden, und oft ist nicht einmal Werkzeug nötig. Der Monitor wird einfach über den Zigarettenanzünder betrieben, während die Kamera selbst dank Akku und Solarpanel komplett ohne externe Stromversorgung auskommt. Wichtig ist lediglich, sie vor der ersten Nutzung einmal vollständig aufzuladen.

Im Alltag überzeugt vor allem das Bild. Ich nutze die Variante mit dem größeren 7,2-Zoll-Monitor und empfinde die Darstellung als angenehm groß und übersichtlich. Das Bild ist scharf, die 140-Grad-Weitwinkelansicht deckt alles Wichtige ab, und sowohl bei Tageslicht als auch bei Nacht ist genug zu erkennen, um sicher zu rangieren.

Eine meiner größten Sorgen vorab war die Funkverbindung, da kabellose Systeme oft anfällig sein können. Hier wurde ich jedoch positiv überrascht. Die Verbindung zwischen Kamera und Monitor funktioniert stabil und ohne Unterbrechungen, und das Koppeln lief sofort und problemlos. Gerade bei längeren Fahrzeugen z.B mit Wohnwagen ist das ein entscheidender Vorteil.

Die Kamera verfügt über einen 5000-mAh-Akku, der sich über die integrierte Solarzelle auflädt. Ich nutze sie nun schon einige Monate und auch den Winter hat sie gut überstanden. Auch bei unserem Ferienhaus mit Temperaturen bis minus 25°C musste ich die Kamera kein einziges Mal extern nachladen. Das hat meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen und zeigt, dass das System auch unter schwierigen Bedingungen zuverlässig funktioniert. Lediglich bei längeren Standzeiten ohne Nutzung sollte man darauf achten, den Akku zwischendurch zu laden, sagt der Hersteller.
Auch in puncto Verarbeitung macht die Kamera einen soliden Eindruck. Mit der Schutzklasse IP69K ist sie bestens gegen Staub und Nässe geschützt. Gerade für mich als Ganzjahresnutzer ist das ein entscheidender Punkt, denn die Kamera bleibt dauerhaft an unserem Fahrzeug.
Die Bedienung funktioniert über wenige Knöpfe direkt am Monitor. Alle wichtigen Einstellungen wie Helligkeit oder Standby-Zeit lassen sich schnell einstellen. Wichtig zu wissen, dass sich die Kamera nicht automatisch beim Einlegen des Rückwärtsgangs einschaltet, da sie kabellos arbeitet. Stattdessen muss sie per Knopfdruck aktiviert werden.

Die Kamera lässt sich bei Bedarf abschrauben und auch für andere Zwecke nutzen, etwa als Dashcam oder zur Beobachtung von der Umgebung.
Insgesamt hat mich meine AUTO-VOX Solar Kamera bisher sehr überzeugt und hat auch ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Was mir noch wichtig ist, Auto-Vox hat auf meine Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Sollte ich mal ein Problem haben, fühle ich mich dort gut aufgehoben. Das ist heutzutage ja leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich.

First of all I am impressed with the quality of the Auto-Vox front and rear camera.    More than that I'm very impressed with their customer support!   When I received my Auto-Vox setup everything went smoothly except the monitor wasn't responding to a bottom switching up/down & normal/mirror.   Contacting Customer support I worked with Gigi who was so patient and helpful.  Upon determination the button was the malfunction and not me Gigi  sent out a replacement monitor with perfectly clear instructions on pairing and everything I needed to know for my system to work properly which is displaying perfectly.   I'm satisfied with my Auto-Vox setup and blessed working with Gigi through the problem.   Gigi is exemplary as a Customer Service person and an asset to her company.

Bonjour,malgré un remboursement le 28/01/2026 de ma commande du 11/12/2025 je laisse un avis plus que négatif pour une caméra de recul que je n'ai jamais reçu,pas d'explications après plusieurs relances.

Commander une caméra de recul sur avis de youtubeur le 13 décembre celle-ci n'est jamais arrivé la commande n'avait même pas été traité par autovox, j'ai fait un litige PayPal le 23/12/2025 et comme par hasard ils se sont manifestés le jour même pour me dire qu'il avait oublié ma commande.
Ils m'ont demandé par mail d'annuler le litige pour pouvoir traiter ma commande je leur ai dit que je n'avais plus confiance en eux j'ai persisté dans mon litige et le mardi 6 janvier 2026 je viens de recevoir ma commande ? Que s'est-il passé sachant que mon litige est clôturé.
En tout cas je vous remercie de cet envoi.

I have a dual camera AUTO-VOX Solar 3A Plus system fitted to my car and having used it for some weeks I am very pleased with it. Here is my detailed review of the camera system.

REASON FOR PURCHASING THE CAMERAS
I purchased a new car that had rear parking sensors but no front parking sensors, which I consider necessary and an oversight by the manufacturer.
The cost of adding front parking sensors by the dealer was quoted at nearly £500, which is quite expensive and insurers could consider them a car modification and might raise their premium.

I considered fitting the AUTO-VOX Solar 3A Plus cameras as a much cheaper alternative for assisting safe parking and, as a bonus, for recording journeys. Also, as they require no structural alteration to the car they are unlikely to be considered a modification by insurance companies. Another possible advantage is that insurance companies may reduce their premium because Dash Cams can provide valuable evidence of accidents and incidents,

FITTING THE CAMERAS
Fitting the cameras was quick and easy as the strong adhesive tape provided glues the cameras to the back of the number plate or another location.

Installing the 7.2” monitor is also just as easy and it is powered from the car’s 12v electrical accessory socket.

OPERATION
The handbook is adequate for installing and using the cameras but more guidance on operation of the controls would be appreciated. However, after a while operating the system it becomes intuitive.

BENEFITS
The cameras and monitor automatically starting when the car is started is great.

The cameras are an essential aide to parking and work very well for this.

Being able to record from both cameras is excellent for providing a record of car journeys. The resulting short videos on the TF card list front camera view followed by rear camera view.

Being able to select both cameras to view on the 7.2” monitor or one camera when more detail is needed is very good.

The camera(s) shown on the monitor record to the TF card and provide a good record of journeys and possible incidents. Select both cameras to view on the monitor to record both cameras at the same time. The recordings are saved to dated folders and the recordings provide date and time information.

The overwrite option allows the oldest recordings to the overridden when the TF card becomes full.

The camera quality is very good at close range when parking.

To date, I have had no issues of the camera batteries running out of charge.

ISSUES
When travelling at higher speeds the video image is a little jumpy and details such as number plates and road signs become blurred, unless the car and other vehicles are stationary.

Because I have positioned the cameras at the bottom of the number plates, car headlights and low level bright sunlight can have an adverse effect on the image quality.

If settings such as Brightness and Contrast on the camera are changed, I found the ‘Record’ function has to be re-enabled or recording will not start.

CONCLUSION
The camera system is a brilliant concept, well implemented and easy to install, set up and use.

The handbook would benefit from more comprehensive instructions or provide an online link with more details and, possibly, links to video guidance. I know AUTO-VOX is considering this.

The cameras are excellent in parking situations but less effective in handling car movement video or some direct low level bright light situations. Recordings during times of darkness are adequate for this type of camera.

I have found AUTO-VOX to be a good company to deal with. Vicky at AUTO-VOX has always been quick, courteous and effective in resolving the questions and issues I had.

Finally, I highly recommend this product as a cost effective aide to parking and recording car journeys.
