Warranty service is most impressive. My monitor needs replacement within the warranty period and their representative was very helpful and efficient to make sure I will get my needed part as soon as possible. A prime example of how to have a reputation as an excellent business.

Camera worked twice. Then no response to monitor. Little or no warranty help. New unit June 2026, auto- vox pretty much useless. I'm stuck with $150 .00 of junk

Installation was fairly easy, the manual was comprehensive. Our backup camera hinge broke fairly quickly, and we wish the field of view was larger. The rear-view mirror/front camera works great, just make sure to clear the storage when it warns you storage is almost full.

I initially had issues with the set up. I could not get the beep to sound.
I requested help. Literally within minutes I had a response. Lilian guided me through a few issues until we fixed it. Each time responding to my questions quickly.
The product is as easy as they show to install.
Thus kind of after sales service went beyond my expectations. First class Company.

DO NOT BUY. They have no customer phone line and no reply the many emails. The unit came without the solar panel and nothing I can do to rectify this. Hate to think what would happen if it went wrong under warranty.
This company should not be able to trade.

I would complain about the service but there isn't any!
The product has worked as it should. I have requested an invoice for my tax several times, they don't reply. Good luck if I had more significant issues like some other poor buggers here...

Customer service does not respond to emails and have completed a goods return with no reply as well. Unit will not bond to an Iphone with every possibility per their instructions tried. Do not buy from this retailer

J'ai acheté une caméra de recul pour mon camping car en décembre 2025. La caméra ne fonctionne plus. Le SAV réagit rapidement et me confirme un problème de batterie et me promet son remplacement dans un mois. Promesse tenue, envoi de la caméra avec suivi d'expédition depuis la Chine. Elle est arrivée ce matin, donc dans le délai promis. Merci Morgan pour votre gentillesse

Bought wireless camera from them took several days to arrive when did tried to set up even from start did not work it states default password wrong this is pre programmed and I have no way of finding it after several messages to support getting absolutely nowhere now trying to get money back which is not good and not sure what else to do but DoNot Buy From them

Ich habe im Winter die kabellose Solar Rückfahrkamera geschenkt bekommen. Installation und Bedienung ist sehr einfach. Kamera hat ein gutes Bild und ich musste die Kamera kein einiges mal laden. Leider ist die Batterie plötzlich kaputt gegangen. Habe dem Support geschrieben und unkompliziert und sehr schnell ein Ersatz bekommen. Tolle Produkte, tolles Kundensupport, klare Empfehlung!

j'ai commandé une caméra auto-vox b5 en octobre 2025 et elle ne fonctionne plus malgré plusieurs demande de garantie aucune réponse du SAV et je vois que je ne suis pas le seul entreprise a fuir

Bought the auto vox 4, have to say it's a brilliant bit of kit, yes there are cheaper cameras out there, but this is worth more than it cost, I have it running on the solar panel, on the back of my caravan, never misses a beat, I have it set to display all the time, and the battery never fails to amaze me, if you are looking.for a truly wireless set up, this is without a doubt the one to go for

Ma caméra de recul a fonctionné 2 mois, depuis j'essaie de joindre le sav qui me réponds que la caméra va être remplacée, pour ensuite me dire qu'ils sont en rupture de stock et pour finir , plus de réponses à mes mail

cela fait deux mails et deux semaines que le site ne répond plus. il manque l'antenne pour l'écran. je demande un retour, pour défaut de produit. donc ATTENTION

Attention avant d'acheter chez AUTO VOX !!!!!
Pour mon camping car, j'ai acheté un ensemble écran et bloc caméra de recul sans fil avec batterie incorporée et petit panneau solaire pour son alimentation, je l'ai monté dès le reçu du colis, cela fonctionnait, c'était fin de saison. Lorsque 6 mois après, j'ai voulu utiliser mon camping car, le bloc caméra alimentation par batterie, panneau solaire ne fonctionnait plus!!! Impossible de recharger la batterie et les voyants de charge et de mise en route ne fonctionnaient plus!!! J'ai écris 3 fois à Auto Vox à toutes les adresses qu'il donne, SAV, service client, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Une fois vendu, s'il y a une panne, démerdez vous!!!! Aucun respect du client. Vous achetez du jetable!!!! J'ai vu que je n'était pas le seul client à n'avoir eu aucune réponse, lors d'une panne!!!! REFLECHISSEZ BIEN A 2 FOIS AVANT D'ACHETER, AUCUN SAV !!!!!!

The camera (Solar plus 1) worked fine until now, so it lasted from purchase Sept 25 to June 26. Camera no longer sends image to display. Contacted customer services twice, once through Amazon, second through a direct link to AutoVox. No reply. The system when working is fine, paired straight away when installed. If I get a reply from AutoVox I will update. Reading other reviews customer service is a common complaint.

Habe jetzt seit einem halben Jahr die Solar3A Plus mit 2 Kameras im einsatz an meinem Wohnmobil, funktioniert immer einwandfrei. Die Sicht ist sehr gut und die Akkulaufzeit ist aufgrung der Solar sehr lange.
Bin sehr zufrieden.

What a wonderful Product, my wired reverse camera failed on my motorhome and rather than do a rewire job I decided to order a Autovox product. My van is 26ft long which was no problem for the Bluetooth to connect. Charge it from the box attach the solar camera to your number plate and plug the camera into the cigarette lighter and tuned on straight away clear as a bell.
Excellent after sales from the company too as I had the offer to extend the warranty.
Thank you Autovox. Would purchase again if I needed to.
