Ron was great! Very informative and engaging, was not bored. Taught us real life, practical skills so that when an emergency does happen we're ready.

Great presentation from Jeanie. The information was put across in a good way to absorb and learn.
Good interaction with the people getting everyone involved.

I think the use of a gauze by each person to demonstrate cleaning a graze was a waste of material and money as this could have just been done by the instructor.

All procedures were explained in a manner that was easy to understand and thorough both in theory and practice. Questions were invited and answered in a professional,friendly manner. I highly recommend Australia Wide First Aid.

I really enjoyed the course. The lecturer explained everything in a simple and clear way, which made the information easy to understand.

The practical sessions were the best part because they helped me understand the skills and apply what I learned. The hands-on training made the learning objectives very clear and gave me more confidence.

The class and instructor were great

My daughter was sent a message on the day of her cpr course, explaining that the instructior was unwell and was offered a zoom meeting. She had paid for her course and accepted the offer only to find out that her certificate,pdf, had the number changed on it and was sent to her. Her Uni is now looking into this as we have the zoom day, date etc. The company was rang and they admitted they were at fault and she was told this happens a lot. We have emails sent by the company putting the blame on to her, putting her future in doubt. Very unfair if she has been hacked as we have proven, she is 19. She had redone the course, when she found out it was a doctored document. Any advice please as we have character refences, payment receipt and all correspondence from the company for her Uni.

This was the best 1st aid training I've done. I feel like the trainer cut through to the most relevant and practical information. I feel more confidant to use the skills I have now. I also think that relating his personal experiences bought up aspects of the training I've never thought of before and made it more real world relevant.

Today's First Aid Course was very well presented. The First Aid Trainer was friendly & very knowledgeable.

John was an amazing instructor. Very clear instructions and precise evaluation and demonstration of information. On top of it all John memorised everyone in the class by first name, that is amazing, really makes you feel welcome!

The trainer was interesting, on time, knew the subject and course really. I have done this course at least 8 times at still learnt new things.
The equipment was clean and in good condition.
Their website was a bit basic, but the help desk was very helpful with competitive pricing.
