Awesome instructor,

Completely unethical business practices. Don't make a complaint about them as they will just cancel your booking.

By far the worst customer service experience I have had. I had a class booked and fell I'll the morning of, I called to reschedule for another time the following week and they made me pay $25 rescheduling fee. I paid the fee and then I had to unfortunately try and reschedule the new booking due to unforseen work commitments so I asked for a refund. The rude and hard to understand employee said that I can't get a refund because I have rescheduled, I then took the bait and asked to reschedule and the dirty grubs asked for another $25 rescheduling fee. This company is a joke and I guess because they offer a non tangible item its easy for them to have heart or care about their customers. Do not use this company.

I had trouble with booking in, I called up and they were really helpful! On my training day I had Lisa as my trainer and she was great! She made the day fun and was very helpful! I'll definitely recommend First Aid Pro!

Course presenter was a very experienced trainer and well-prepared instructor of the course.

This company was really helpful to everyone who is working, even if you are busy with other stuff but they worked Saturday and Sunday as well and the trainees are helping out a lot making sure everyone has passed their sessions

The instructor was so rude and condescending. He spent the great majority of the class telling personal stories about his life. When he was asked any question by anyone in the class, he would reply with something along the lines of 'I've already answered that 5 times' or 'you weren't listening'. In the beginning, he towered over a woman in the class and scolded her for about 5 mins about not doing the online material before she arrived (the emails recommend to do them before, but it is not compulsory). When it was time to do the survey at the end, he told everyone that they enjoyed the class (they didn't) and that he didn't want to see anything negative on the survey and that he would CHECK before we left that we didn't write anything negative. Never seen anyone make so many people uncomfortable so quickly. Absolutely insane. Not sure how there is so many good reviews on this instructor by name on google; he is 100% bribing them/buying reviews.

They stress in their emails to arrive at 15 mins early otherwise you would need to rebook. We all waited in the lobby for those fifteen mins and instructor came at 9:05.

The instructor truly knows what she was doing. Everything was on point and she respected time as well.

I just completed First Aid/CPR with Rhonda and the experience was great. Very engaging trainer, same day certificate, I received mine within an hour of getting home. I am definitely returning for more training, a fantastic experience for me.

The customer service and website deals are a COMPLETE SCAM. I paid for the wrong course as I have a cognitive impairment, and they wanted to charge 40 dollars to cancel. To change my course i could not get the cheaper priced course because I wasn't making 'a new booking'. So I was forced to book into a higher price or pay $40 cancellation for something I would not be doing. The offshore customer service is a complete joke. I will be coming back with reviews of the actual course itself. I hope it's not cheap and scammy like their booking process. NOT OKAY

I completed my Manual Handling Refresher Course with First Aid Pro and had an excellent experience. The location was easy to find, the training was well organized, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The trainer delivered the course clearly and made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. I highly recommend First Aid Pro for anyone seeking quality training

It was very important to be part of the medication course it taught you a lot of things, like which medications you should use in the workplace and which you should not. It’s very important to learn that basic training. It helps you every day at work. I really enjoy the course. You always get different knowledge from the course and add that to your own knowledge. The course teacher are doing their job properly and they teach everything you have to learn from the course and if you have any questions you can ask them in class. They can answer your questions clearly and you understand.

Scam of a company, they will do any trick to not refund students. There training is a joke and has no quality.

Very bad service cancelled the course same day refund half of the money paid for the course promised to refund with in 5 days did not receive after 15 days call again start making excuses, do not ready to refund very bad service.

Same day certificate” did NOT arrive same day. 3 days later I still don’t have it. Contacted them and they said I had completed my course requirements and will arrange for my certificate to be put into my portal. I needed it for work and interview today. Have now had to cancel that interview VERY UNHAPPY
