First Aid Training was then introduced in late 2008 and due to vast growth and popularity; Queensland First Aid became Australia Wide First Aid in late 2011. The course was easy to understand
The course was easy to understand, questions online and then the practice lesson as a small group. The trainer was informative, answered all questions. The trainer was easy to understand which made the course enjoyable. I will certainly be back for a refresher in 3 years. Thanks for settling my son michael nerves and making him feel at ease.

Informative instructor
I found the instructor to be helpful and very polite and approachable. The information she gave was very clear and easy to understand.
The only recommendation I would like to say, Is when I tried to print out my certificate it requested me to join another link, which then asked me a lot of questions and all I wanted to do was print my certificate. When I called your number the person was very helpful and I asked if I could just have the certificate sent to me by email and it was. A much better and easier process,

The CPR course was really good
The CPR course was really good. The instructor explained a lot of scenarios and we were all very engaged and answering questions and asking questions.
The practical side of things was made to make you see how draining a real life scenario would be and that for me was a great part. You never think about that. Loved being a part of this group training. Thank you for a great experience.

Unprofessional and embarrassing
This was by far the most non-educational and unprofessional first aid session I’ve ever experienced and I’ve done plenty. Purely because of the presenter, who clearly has no real life first aid experience. I was a part of the Cairns session at the Catalina room 9-1pm, 11th September. Honestly the whole time the man was presenting I was wondering how he was qualified to do this job. We also did not touch a bandage which is usually a big part of learning basic first aid techniques.

Mel was a fantastic trainer—well organised, positive and a real wealth of resources. Everything was taught clearly and at a great pace. The location was good with all the amenities we needed, including a café, water, toilets and excellent parking. Overall, a really enjoyable and well-organised experience!

The trainer was great
The trainer was great! She was fantastically competent, fun, efficient and her teaching style made it easy to remember what we were learning.
I also appreciated that there was enough models for everyone to have a go, no waiting for a turn which made the day go smoothly, no time wasted. Loved it!
