The clothing I received was extremely poor quality and significantly different from what was advertised. When I sought a refund, I was repeatedly offered increasing partial refunds or required to pay expensive international tracked postage to return the item to China; which I was told they’d unlikely receive due to mail being lost. I disputed the transaction through my payment provider and ultimately received a full refund.

For other Australian consumers - protect yourself before buying from unfamiliar online stores:
• Search for independent reviews before purchasing.
• Check whether the website clearly identifies the actual materials used in its products and provides proper sizing information.
• Reverse-image-search product photographs if something seems suspicious.
• Pay through a credit card or a payment service so you have an independent dispute process and don’t provide the retailer with your personal bank-account details.

And know your Australian consumer rights. An overseas retailer selling directly to Australians does not automatically escape Australian Consumer Law. Don’t assume that a retailer’s own returns policy determines your rights when the goods received are significantly different from those advertised.

Keep all photographs, correspondence and transaction records. If necessary, dispute the transaction and report concerning conduct to the ACCC.

What a learning curve. I won’t make this mistake again!

Almost 2 weeks ago i left a bad review after my item was marked delivered a few hours after ordering. I came on here to check reviews and thought i got scammed. I sent an email to Aussie vouge out of anger and frustration. They were kind back and today my shoes were delivered. They look good and fit well.

I am here to tell you that despite the AI reviews on their website ( which they need to change) and everyone elses reviews. I am happy with the product they sent me, even though this is not an Australian business as you would expect by the name.

Ordered 2 ladies size 12 orthopaedic shoes
I received 2 ladies size 9
Cheaply made shoes
I’ve contacted them with no reply so far
It also says they expect 15% of price for restocking
And I have to pay return postage
Why are these companies allowed to operate
They’ve just told me to contact them via this review …. Umm I’ve done that already and no reply hence the review

I ordered shoes and whilst l received them l paid twice as much as other sites thinking it was better quality. They are not. Cheap and probably made in china for a couple of dollars. Don’t waste your money just buy the cheap ones they are obviously the same for half the price. Very disappointed

How do you work out your sizes I normally wear 2XL I bought a jacket 4 XL is very small where do you get your size as from I need to return this item but have seen the reviews and it's not going to be a very nice process

This is the most unethical company I dealt with. All their sizes are incorrect, and they refused refund the cost. If you try, they keep 15% of your money and you have to pay for sending the poor-quality garments back. Do not purchase from them.

Well, I guess it's time for me to add my story.
Like a few others who have posted reviews, I didn't look these guys up before ordering.
Ordered boots in size UK13. Received boots in size EU45 (UK11). The quality is also beyond cheap with paper thin soles and uneven stitching.
It was only now that I have looked them up and I have to say that the reviews are kinda what I expected.
I know that this review will get the same response that every other review has received. I know that it will cost more to return them than they are worth. I know that they will deny any responsibility even though they have sent the wrong size. I have raised a dispute through my bank but I'm also mentally preparing myself to write off the cost as a valuable lesson.

Quality very poor and sizing guide wrong. Have to pay a lot to return to Guangzhou. I wish I'd looked at reviews before I bought from them. Plus they charge a restocking fee.

Quality of clothes is absolutely shit!Sizing is waaaay off not standard at all. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get, Design does not match images on website at all.What is delivered is completely different and shipping takes ages with no commitment on what dates package will likely arrive.

SCAM ALERT!
I've already done one review warning not to buy from here as they send the wrong sized products, then you end up out of pocket.
I'm already preparing myself for their response on here that will say "We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We'd really like to make this right - could you please contact us at (enter their email address here) with your order number? Our team will review your case right away and make sure you receive a suitable solution". What a load of shit! They didn't come up with any suitable solution! They post the exact same response for each bad review.....all 240+ of them! Too bad I stupidly didn't look at the reviews before purchasing anything from them.
With the plethora of emails I've sent to them requesting a full refund, as they are the ones at fault for sending boots that are 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered, their response is always a copy & paste job waffling on about their policies & how I'll only be refunded 85% blah blah blah.
I've pointed out the following points from their policies....and I quote:
* Your satisfaction is our top priority. 
* At Aussie Vogue, we believe that through effective collaboration and communication, any goal can be achieved. That's why your satisfaction is central to our future plans.
* A full refund will be made through the original payment method once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products are unopened.
* Exceptions: The restocking fee may be waived......Each case is reviewed individually.

They don't care! They're nothing but scammers! They refuse to offer me a full refund, even though they sent the wrong thing. They don't want satisfied customers. They're horrible to deal with.
Save your money, buy from a legitimate company!

Absolutely atrocious! I could find better quality boots in a discount store. Outrageously overpriced for what they are. They also make the returns process impossible offering you 10% refund because it costs more to ship them back to China. Aussie Vogue? More like Chinese Scam!

Their website is extremely misleading. When you place an order, a pop-up claims you have an extra discount on your order. The moment you click it, it immediately processes a duplicate payment without confirmation. When I asked them to cancel the duplicate, they refused, stating orders cannot be canceled once placed.
To make matters worse, their return policy forces you to pay full return postage plus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping alone costs over $50! This is totally unacceptable and a complete scam in terms of both quality and service please everyone don't use this site and most likely the refund will be not processed so please no quality. No right sizes don't purchase anything at all

Clothing very small, no sizing measurements available. Fabric very cheap super cheap and no bitton hole. They literally told me i had to cut my own. Omg. I have to return them at my expense and then they're going to charge me 15% restocking fee on top. Never again.

They are using a name as if they were an Australian business, but the quality is Chinese.

Worst service. And when the shoes finally arrived nearly a month a month later. The tip of the hills were a ridiculous organise plastic. Not as displayed in the photo. Stay away from them. They are definitely not legit.

Wrong cheap items sent not the same as images online, $100 order and sitting with $10 worth of fabric that is absolutely rubbish! Return policy only gives back 85% of purchase price and still have to pay return shipping! “Aussie brand” “sent from Netherlands” but return address China. Duped! Notified bank to get refund, reported to domain host, scamwatch etc.

The quality of their clothing is worse than Shein and Temu put together. And they don't refund. Waste of money

Wow, what a terrible shop this is.
Product was that bad it was almost funny, these guys can't be for real, my wife bought me a jacket then read reviews ( rookie mistake), messaged straight away and got a response " sorry our system doesn't except refund or cancelled orders.
The jacket was like a bad fancy dress costume. And then tell you you have to send it back to China at your cost plus pay a restocking fee.

First off all, it took over 2 months to be delivered. Than the fabrics were cheap and wrong sizes and design were completely different compare the pictures I saw on their website.
I have asked for money back. They said I have to pay for postage which was $55 and it has been again two months and no refunds. They saying that the parcel has been at costumed and that it is my responsibility to deal with it… so in total I paid $255 and I don’t think they going to give me refund…
