Products are made cheap with cheap materials. Soles of shoes have no grip and appear to be made of hard plastic. Seams are left open and edges are raw.
Service from the website very poor as getting in touch with the Aussie Vogue team near impossible, it took 3 days of attempting to contact them about my order by phone and email, when they finally responded by email the assured me that they would make the corrections needed to my order however when it arrived no changes had been made.
When I read about returning my order I found that their policy is for them to keep 15% of the price for a 'restocking fee' and I need to pay postage to China, not to Melbourne Australia.

Do not buy from this company, absolute scam

Absolutely horrible. Not denim as advertised, completely wrong size and they were going to charge me for a return! Do not use them.

Deceptive advertising is this company's business model. I bought online two items advertised as linen cotton. Both are polyester elastane. When ordering there was a pop up that offered the item for a reduced price which I accepted, only to find it was a second one of the same item. There is no point getting them to "resolve" the problem as the company is not trustworthy and they clearly never had a cotton linen three piece set or cotton linen top for sale. There is also a 15% handling fee and you have to pay the cost of return. So whatever the outcome, they win and you lose.

The product I ordered was practically see through and then when I asked for a refund the difficulties I faced were completely unacceptable. It became a back and forth email contest trying to justify why I should be sending it back to an address over in China. Not only was I told I had to pay for shipping it back but then I would only get an 85% refund anyway.

Looks like Aussy Company, NOT. Long time to receive as comes from China. The shoe is not as advertised, orthopaedic and like a cloud 🤣, cheap thin memory foam, thin stretch top which is too big. Cheap slippery sole. Even returning as well as having to at postage back to China you also get a 15% handling fee charged on top. Shouldn't be allowed to sell. Don't buy. Stay local. Wished I hadn't got caught up in searching and I forgot to check reviews.

Ordered 3 pairs of sandals in different colours from them.
The quality is cheap and not nice. (Plastic)
Definitely leather knock offs.
The fit was smaller than I ordered.
Needless to say they are destined for the bin (They aren’t worthy of donation to an Op Shop).
Lesson learnt, buy cheap, get cheap.

What quality is shown online to what you actually receive is worse than Shien....and that actually says a lot for me! The actual product looked fine but their sizing is absolutely off the scales. No where near what it says it is. It seems all things made in China are literally for MIDGETS!!!! Good luck with finding the your correct shoe size, because a size 8 UK is not what I received. My eldest daughter has dainty feet and they actually were tight in her feet..... piss poor company and disgusting advertising! Shame on the UK for allowing this!!!!

Disgusting product. Paid $90.00 for the jacket. Its wasn't even worth $5.00!!!

Difficult to return to china. No aus based warehouse. Fake contact no and address.

I would strongly advise people to be very careful before ordering from Aussie Vogue. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly.

I ordered a dress specifically for a wedding, but it arrived too late to be of any use. I therefore had to return it. I was then told that I was responsible for the return postage and, to my surprise, the dress had to be sent all the way back to China. There was no clear indication on the website that returns would have to be sent to China, which I found very misleading.

I paid £25 to return the dress, only to then be told that the parcel was being held in customs. When I contacted customer support to find out why my refund was taking so long, I was told that getting the parcel released from customs was my responsibility. Despite trying to resolve the situation, I was unable to do so.

As a result, I lost another £25 on return postage and was left without my refund. Quite honestly, I would have been better off keeping the dress and throwing it in the bin.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The returns process is costly and, in my experience, unnecessarily difficult, while the customer support was of very little help when I needed assistance.

I feel the website should make the return arrangements and the location of the return address much clearer before customers place an order.

Based on my experience, I would NOT order from Aussie Vogue again. Please make sure you fully investigate their return policy and where you will actually have to send your order before purchasing.

Quality is rubbish.

Absolutely rubbish I purchased some clogs such a waste of money sizing is off and they are so cheaply made you can see all the layers of material that have been glued together only fit for the bin ..

Poor communication. NOT an Australian company but a drop shop site with poor delivery times. Should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. They also solicit reviews for their website.

I sent my shonky red trousers back for a refund. More expense!,l

It has been with Chinese customs since 6 Aug 2026,
Probably 40-50 emails of correspondence with this rip-0ff company .

Refund the money you have fraudulently acquired!,,

Their replies are lip service supercilious and ingratiating .
It reflects China very very badly,

NO NOT BUY FROM THIS DECEIPTFUL COMPANY

When googling sunglasses for sale, Australia, AUSSIE-VOGUE (with a kangaroo image) came up with a +61 phone number ie Australian came up, I ordered the sun glasses. I immediately thought an Australian company, but not necessarily an Aussie product.Then I smelt a rat so I phoned them, of course the number didn’t exist. I immediately thought an Aust company, not necessarily an Aussie product. WRONG
They replied to emails quickly, but dodged the questions.
Took approximately 3weeks to receive my glasses …. in two pieces, lens had popped out in transit. $65.90, quality wicked, atrocious. Shipped from China. Trading company based in Netherlands!!
Value for money?? $3.
Four weeks ago I lost my Ray bans, bought a $7.50 corner store pair to tide me over. Not great but 99% better than the shocking, disgusting ones I bought on line.

The product was horrendously cheap quality, didn’t fit and then when I have asked to return it, I have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Some bull shit to scam customers.

Absolutely so disappointed the top l ordered is not it one l received is awful and ordered two pairs of shoes the same size one is to big never even again 😞

BUYER BEWARE — Extremely Disappointing Experience
I bought a pair of moccasins from Aussie Vogue after reading their claims about comfort and orthopedic support. In my experience, those claims could not have been further from the truth. The shoes had no orthopedic support whatsoever and were, quite frankly, rubbish.
Then came the shock with the refund policy. If I wanted to return the shoes, I was told that 15% of my money would be kept, I would have to pay the return postage myself, and there was the added risk of the company not receiving the parcel. So I was left paying even more money just to try to get back what I had already paid.
I spent approximately $140 on these shoes, and they were so unsuitable that I ultimately had to give them to charity. What a waste of money.
I sincerely regret buying from Aussie Vogue. Had I researched the company and its refund conditions beforehand, I would never have placed the order.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Aussie Vogue. I certainly won't be buying from them again.
$140 wasted. Very disappointing product, very disappointing experience.

Update to their reply: I did contact them at least 10 times by email however they still messed me around i think they wrote this reply to make it look like they care and they don't shameful just shameful im an elderly person and I don't like being taken advantage of shame on you.

Terrible quality and worse refund system.
You actually lose money if you try to return the products. Returns policy makes it costly to return.
Dresses look NOTHING like the photos. The fabrics are so cheap that you can’t even rework them into anything useful.
Don’t toss your money down the drain by buying from this company!!

The clothing I received was extremely poor quality and significantly different from what was advertised. When I sought a refund, I was repeatedly offered increasing partial refunds or required to pay expensive international tracked postage to return the item to China; which I was told they’d unlikely receive due to mail being lost. I disputed the transaction through my payment provider and ultimately received a full refund.

For other Australian consumers - protect yourself before buying from unfamiliar online stores:
• Search for independent reviews before purchasing.
• Check whether the website clearly identifies the actual materials used in its products and provides proper sizing information.
• Reverse-image-search product photographs if something seems suspicious.
• Pay through a credit card or a payment service so you have an independent dispute process and don’t provide the retailer with your personal bank-account details.

And know your Australian consumer rights. An overseas retailer selling directly to Australians does not automatically escape Australian Consumer Law. Don’t assume that a retailer’s own returns policy determines your rights when the goods received are significantly different from those advertised.

Keep all photographs, correspondence and transaction records. If necessary, dispute the transaction and report concerning conduct to the ACCC.

What a learning curve. I won’t make this mistake again!
