What an absolute scam of a site… BE…
What an absolute scam of a site… BE WARNED and trust nothing they say. So many hidden costs they don’t tell u about. They couldn’t even design a logo I liked so I gave them one I designed to use. Even then I still did not receive my final designs I approved with them as I had to pay crazy money for them that they don’t mention to u prior (literally tried to get over an extra $1000 out of me all up with extra costs). Just a lot of wasted time and nothing from it. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I had a really disappointing experience…
I had a really disappointing experience with AU Logo Services. Their communication was unclear, and important details about their refund policy were never mentioned until after I’d already paid. I would not recommend this business. very unprofessional and misleading. HORRIBLE SERVICES!

Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company. Spoke to Eddie, he reassured there was no hidden fees or charges after the payment for the design at hand over. Watch out people, there's a copyrights fee that they will make you pay. When you question them about it, they will shut the chat and disappeared. I will dispute this transaction now to my Bank. Do not trust!!!

Caution when choosing package
If you're considering using this company, then don't bother with the basic package. We were happy with the logo created but the files provided were extremely poor in quality and unable to be used for even basic social media platforms, despite their promise that they would be. We paid the $79 and ended up with just a .pdf file as the rest (png, gif and jpg) were unusable. When we questioned our contact we were told in order to have the clear, crisp images we require, we would have to pay for one of their higher priced packages. I would recommend going with one of the other more reputable companies out there, ones that already have reviews, unlike these people.
