PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. From 2023 to 2026, Sturdy Logo scammed my organization and my company over $36.000.00 , Each time when l call to make a follow up on my projects l will be transferred to different person and be told excuse after excuse. They lied that they we filling my Trademarks and demanded more money and come back and stated l needed to register under WIPO. One time my card was charged outside of united Stated and when l questioned they stated it might have been a mistake, l didn’t see that at that time it was a “red Flag”. When l demanded my refund back Sturdy Logo shut down all my websites. I lost everything. They have blocked all my communication ever since demanded my refund. PLEASE don’t fall for some of their review. This Company is a scam.

They made my logo, and it was good for the price ($30.00). 3 years later; they still call and text me every so often threatening trademark and someone can sue me. It’s a scam and do not fall for it - prime example I shut “Zane Miller” down tonight stating I don’t even reside in the USA so their scam will not work for me, it’s ignorant to call someone at 9pm and do not call me again or I will take it further. He gracefully said thank you and I’m sorry, and hung up. Pretty sure they use AI for speech, the first time he was Indian couldn’t even say my name; then when he called back, it was some English AI speech that was slow and pathetic.

Hired them to design a logo. That went well. We moved forward with marketing materials. that went well. then we designed two websites that went well so now trust is established. very nice very professional.
then the switch, high pressure. we need to register your logos with the USPTO,we did,but the price was high and then it's someone is trying to steal your name right now we have to get our attorneys involved. Total lie. ficticious event. paid $11,000 for that. $31,000in total. I started a dispute they started sending fake collection notices, put a virus on my contact pages. emails about more money. well now they have shut down my websites.All that money and I dont even have a website.Ive asked for my websites they wont give them up. Frank, Derek and crew act really nice but its a show. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

AFTER YOU GET THEM TO DO A LOGO OR ANYTHING, THEY WILL START CALLING YOU LYING THAT SOMEONE ELSE IS USING YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND TELLING ALL SORTS OF LIES!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY WILL PRETEND LIKE THEY ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT MOSTLY ONE MAN IS DOING IT ALL!! BE SMART LOOK AT THE NUMBERS AND LISTEN TO THE VOICES THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I wish I never used this company. They designed our logo and website. They then, tried to convince us we needed all sorts of things we didn’t need. Almost a year later, they are still calling, texting and emailing us trying to convince us we need these things. Quite frankly, I feel scammed and we are now on the verge of harassment.

They delivered 3 unique logo concepts, and each one stood out. It was fun to work with my account manager. He was a true design wizard.

Yes, I am very upset with this company. I purchased logo through this company and they ended up talking me into a marketing campaign to receive leads from customers wanting construction work done. I spent $6000 on their marketing campaign and I did not receive one call or one customer out of the deal the manager in charge is very unprofessional and it sounds and I feel like they scammed me and I think they do this to a lot of people. I am very upset. Whatever you guys do do not use these people for marketing. They will take your money and they will not show you any results.

There are so many design companies but I'm glad that I hired sturdy logo. My account manager was helpful and delivered everything in just a week. Super happy with the services they provided.

Nobody should hire these kinds of companies. You end up paying a lot of money for something so basic, and to top it all off, in a short time they call you again to put you in a difficult position and force you, through legal threats, to continue paying them for other services. If you don't, your company's name will be compromised or you'll lose it altogether.
