Third project with this company and they keep getting better. consistent quality, fair pricing, and they never make you feel like a small client even when you are one.

The app design looks great and works well for my audience. I’ve received good feedback from users already. Glad I signed with them.

Paid for a particular logo package under the impression that I would get certain inclusions based on what was listed on their website. Despite being a talented artist and ultimately delivering a good logo after a protracted period of time, my designer Edward was repeatedly aggressive toward me over the phone (professional via email though ) to which I have documented proof. Customer support was polite and basic but there was no actual intervention when I explained I was having difficulty with my designer. It is sad that despite repeated attempts to resolve this with support staff. I got no resolution and became forced to write such a scathing review online to warn other people of my experience.

What impressed me most was how carefully they studied my business before designing anything. The colors and fonts they used are fantastic

My new logo looks much better than the one I had before. I'm glad I decided to work with this company.

I have since discovered they are not transparent with their flaws. I was told there was a 'maintenance' step for my trademark application, which is actually them not being transparent about the fact they lodged my application incorrectly, "The application has formalities issues" - from the Adverse examination report I received from IP Australia. So now I've paid an extra $1,400 for 'maintenance' which is meant to be every 10 years because of their failure to process the application correctly. Had I known this I would have refused to pay the money as this was no fault of my own. Definitely have been mislead!

I was told I needed to attend a 'quick call' for maintenance of my trademark. Which turned into over an hour conversation which involved at least 1 overseas person. Communication not clear and hard to hear and comprehend what the person(s) on the other end of the phone are saying. Maybe they would be ok for just a logo - but even with that I had to request iterations because of lack of attention to detail.

I'll be requesting a refund. If you don't see an edit on this post, they have not refunded me for their error, so definitely avoid! I'm not usually one to review, but the business either needs to 1. learn from these mistakes and wrongdoings, or 2. people need to avoid being taken advantage of.

Surprising that they have no social media or public pages? This significantly reduces the exposure of negative feedback.

I got a custom logo with so much creativity. It's everything I wanted for my brand. Something people won't forget. Thumbs up!

I had a rough sketch of a logo I wanted and I shared that with my project manager. She delivered exactly the same thing in just a few days. I wanted to change the font and she got it done right away. They are really, really fast.

Our experience with AU Logo Design has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

We initially approached them only to design a logo for our business. During this process, they strongly pushed us to apply for a trademark through them. We were shown what they claimed was evidence that someone else had already applied for a similar name and were told that we needed to urgently file a trademark to protect ourselves. Later, after checking independently, we discovered that this information was not accurate and no such application existed at the time.

Based on this misleading information, we agreed to proceed with the trademark application and trusted them to handle the matter professionally.

They lodged the trademark application with incorrect personal details, using an incomplete version of my legal name despite us providing the correct information. When we asked for this to be corrected, our requests were ignored.

We also later realised that they do not act as a registered trademark attorney or official representative. The application was filed directly under my name without clearly explaining this to us, and at no point was it made clear that they were not formally representing us in the application process.

Another concerning aspect was that their communications gave the impression that they had a “legal department.” Emails and messages would be sent by a person signing off with their name followed by “Legal Department,” creating the impression that qualified legal professionals were involved. This further increased our trust at the time, but later we realised this was misleading.

As the application progressed, we received alarming messages from them claiming that our trademark was facing serious opposition and that urgent payments were required to “defend” it. The situation was presented in a way that created fear and pressure. After taking control of our application directly with IP Australia, we found that the matter had been exaggerated and misrepresented.

Instead of receiving transparent, professional guidance, we felt that misinformation and pressure tactics were used to extract additional money.

Because of this, we had to take full control of our trademark file ourselves to ensure it was handled correctly and honestly.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services for trademark matters to proceed with extreme caution, verify everything independently, and consider dealing directly with IP Australia or a registered trademark attorney.

This experience caused us unnecessary stress, confusion, and additional work that could have easily been avoided with honest and professional conduct.

I was afraid that my project manager was not going to understand my ideas but she really did. The final version they shared was exactly what I had in mind. With just one minor change, the logo was delivered to me in just a week.

Another bakery opened next to mine and they literally copied my color palette. I decided to revamp everything and get a fresh new look. The team helped me with redesign and guess what? I get more customers now!
