Great from start to finish; Augmentive has been simple to use. Dr Eappen was fantastic and helped me work through my questions in a highly professional and compassionate manner. I’ll be using the service again.

My experience with augmentive has been excellent.

The website provided me with enough information to decide whether to proceed with the assessment and which doctor I thought I would work best with.

The appointment was easy to set up, as the system is intuitive. When I had questions, the messaging system worked very well, and responses to queries were always fast.

Dr. Hina is lovely. She really listened to me and asked direct and pertinent questions during my assessment. She was clear and pleasant to speak with. She took her time with me and was attentive. She explained everything to me clearly and concisely.

The follow-up has been excellent, and Dr. Hina has been wonderful throughout. She has helped me with the DVLA as I am now taking medication, which I had to tell them about. She was also very flexible regarding appointments. She exceeded what I expected when I took a trip abroad and needed evidence from her of my prescription; Dr Hina sorted this out very quickly, which made the run-up to my trip easier and far less stressful.

I cannot fault anything and would encourage others to use this service and speak with Dr Hina.

Dr Rehman’s practice made scheduling, payment, and prescriptions extremely easy and accessible. She’s a thoughtful and knowledgeable practitioner with a direct style of communication. In particular, I’m grateful for her provision of appointments for new patients with existing ADHD diagnosis. Many providers will not start ADHD treatment without running a full assessment of their own, which is extremely expensive. Dr. Rehman’s office made it possible for me as a foreigner to find the treatment I needed at a fraction of the price.

Dr Bakshi, was extremely understanding and professional. He listened attentively and I can tell he is someone who cares. I hope to book further appointments with him in the near future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone going through social anxiety and past truama.

Fantastic service! I was anxious as I booked 5 days before my appointment. I was helped to make sure everything was sorted in time. My assessment was with Dr Peeyush Roy who I found easy to talk to as he made me feel at ease.

Easy access to qualified mental health professionals. Dr. Dein was quite easy to talk to, empathetic, and took time to explain the process and outcome.

I filled in a form online and within moments my phone rang and a professional, well-informed lady called Alexia, phoned me to discuss my form and to see how she could help. She went through the options and services available, including the names and qualifications of the Drs/assessors, and gave me precise financial costs. She wasn't in any way pressurising or pushy.

I didn't feel like she had a script or an agenda to move things through quickly - rather, I felt time slowed down as she really listened to me - making me feel like she genuinely had my best interests at heart, and like she wanted to check their service was the right fit for my needs.

She listened to my lengthy journey waiting to be assess by the NHS with such genuine kindness and compassion. Her bedside manner and customer service was excellent. She was only too willing to help me in my quest to discover nearby GP practices that offered share care (since my previous efforts a while ago resulted in none). She said she would get back to me with information that she wasn't able to answer straight away, and as promised, she did get back to me via email.

The phone call I had had with her had given me renewed hope - she had made me feel like a human, rather than a number on a list or a job/task to get dealt with. It gave me the much needed motivation to try and re-investigate the various near-by local GP practices again. To my surprise, I managed to find a GP practice very near my home that does shared care. (Perhaps the sudden surge in ADHD assessment requests has had a knock on effect on GP practice policies?).

Following my conversations with Alexia, unbelievably, my NHS assessment date came through. I got back in touch with Alexia to let her know and to feed back how much I had appreciated her ability to really 'see' and 'hear' me and my desperation. The day I spoke with her, I was really feeling the impacts of my neurodiversity - I felt like she really emotionally cared, a quality that seems such a rare thing these days.
She was genuinely happy for me that the NHS referral had finally come through, even though that meant I wasn't going to be continuing on with her/Augmentive for private assessment.

I feel like it's thanks to her that I tried investigating the GPs again, looking for one that could offer shared care.

I am so grateful for her time, empathy and help and in being so responsive and willing to get the ball rolling for me, even though I didn't end up requiring their assessment services. Had the NHS appointment not come through, I would have felt confident and safe being looked after by them.

If you're looking for efficiency, clarity, excellent, compassionate customer service, look no further.

Dr Khurram Sadiq is excellent, and so is his PA, Fleur. From the moment I contacted them four months ago I was made to feel like I was in really good hands. I didn't feel a moment of stress or anxiety in my dealings with them. My medication has been bang on, and he gave me some great info on Access to Work, and always had answers to my questions. It's spendy, but I can't even imagine how much stress I've saved myself by doing it this way rather than fighting for care from the NHS as it's struggling so much.
I also want to say specifically how amazing Fleur is. She was so responsive and so kind – all my questions were answered with such compassion and consideration for the things I was going through while also being really helpful and informative.
Augmentive made the process seamless, so I recommend them highly as well.

Dr Islam and his team have provided an outstanding service to myself they have been very helpful and understanding to all the questions that I have had before during and after my assessment I am so glad that I chose to have the assement with Dr Islam as it has been a a very positive experience for me I would highly recommend Dr Islam and his team to any 1 thinking about getting an Autistic assessment

Very helpful team pre finding the correct professionals. I am as yet to have my assessments and corresponding therapy etc but the team who orchestrate it all have meen very accommodating and reassuring and helpful, I would not even consider parting with money for private care if I hadn't had this experience with them beforehand

Very difficult to use their software, it would not allow me to upload documents with continuous errors. Also had to fill the same form out twice. Not very fluid. And they did not wish to have my business based on requiring an updated diagnosis even after giving them clear evidence and wanting to discuss with one of their Doctors, waste of my time.

My whole experience has been excellent whilst dealing with Augmentive, the service has been very professional and helpful which has made a difficult and daunting experience easy to deal with and get the help that I need.

Easy to communicate with my psychiatrist via Augmentive. I found him through the site with ease and find it great for sharing documents and exchanging important messages. It also has great video quality during sessions.

As a platform, I have experienced frustrating challenges. Delays (nothing is quite real time), missed messages and having to chase seem to be the norm, but the worst one was when we were sat waiting for a video appointment to start. It seems there is a bug in the system that doesn’t always connect the participants. It was only by chance that we dailled in again from a separate device and connected - but had lost over half of our appointment slot by that point.
