AUUNIQUE LTD Anmeldelser

We have now had 3 radiator covers made by Liam and his team. We are really pleased with the quality and the look of all of them. One has an oak shelf which we varnished ourselves and looks amazing the other two have white shelves and also look fabulous.
I would have no problem in recommending AUUNIQUE to do any bespoke work you may need.
I found communication and customer service very good as well.
Thank you Liam, Amy and team.

I purchased a radiator cover. The quality was top notch and better value than I could find anywhere else (and I spent a lot of time looking)
I have just purchased another radiator cover for the downstairs loo.
Highly recommended.

Ordered a radiator cover at Christmas, website easy to navigate, order and pay - importantly the radiator cover is stunning ! Clearly made with care and its great quality … looks fab in the hallway ..

Brilliant!

High quality piece of furniture and a flawless paint finish on it

Great company, great product, just received the radiator cover and it's really well-made and was delivered almost exactly on time which considering the time of year is amazing. Anyway clearly a v hard-working and talented company. Bravo!

Great service. Good quality product as described. Good communication and prompt delivery. This is the second radiator cover I have ordered from Liam and I would not hesitate to use his company again.

Second purchase from Auunique
Stunning products
Liam is so helpful, nothing is to much trouble for him
I would highly recommend this company
Both for the product and the team

They seem to not understand the law around selling on line in that a product has to be clearly described. However, DO NOT expect your bespoke radiator to look as it does on the photos on the website! They change the design with informing the customer without prior notice. For the price, the product is poor - no radiator cover I ordered had no access to the valves, the paint finish was terrible with bits missed. I really wish I’d gone to a previous company I had dealt with who, for the same price, provided a cover that was of much superior quality. I have a further five round that I need covered for and I had originally thought I would use this company but I’m afraid their terrible customer service (slow responses to emails and no taking responsibility under the Distance Selling Regulations) means they have lost any further orders from me.

Edit: I have just seen your reply where you said you offered to collect the cabinet and accept a return - this is not true!! I requested to return it more than once and you ignored my request!!

I received my 3rd radiator cover on 11/12 and really really pleased with it. Good communication from Amy and measurements and quality spot on.
Will order from Liam and team again. Many Thanks

Seriously, don't bother buying from this company, they are total scammers! The customer service is absolutely diabolical and pretty much non-existent.

I paid for my order on 31st October, nearly 6 weeks have gone by and still not received my order. I've tried calling and emailing them for weeks no reply. It's funny how they only bothered to get back in touch with me after I requested my money back from the bank.

I was then told that delivery would be 11th or 12th December, well it's the 12th of December today and still not heard anything. Disgraceful.

I do not understand some of the negative comments as I found AuUnique to be prompt and efficient with good communication.
The items I ordered were of excellent quality and finish, well wrapped and delivered on time as pre arranged.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a radiator cover from them, the cover is great, i love it HOWEVER not good when the radiator is on as it retains the heat (which I wasn't made aware of) and my hallway now remains cold! I also did not receive any instructions with the cover and upon contacting AU Unique, they initially replied to say they'd send me a link, I heard nothing back, I emailed them and contacted them via their social media platform on multiple times but still heard nothing back. It's like, once they have received payment and delivered the item, they no longer care if there is a problem. So for me the customer service element was somewhat disappointing!

Ordered a bespoke radiator cover from AUUNIQUE and would heartily recommend them. The cover was received promptly, was incredibly well packaged and aa doddle to fit to the wall with the supplied fixings and instructions. The build quality is top notch, the measurements all spot on and the finish is top notch. Fantastic service and quality for the price, can’t fault them and will absolutely use again!

Absolutely made up with the item I purchased, great craftsmanship
Great product, great communication and prompt delivery
.. 10-10
Really happy and will use again

Bought a radiator cover from AUUNIQUE and was extremely pleased with it. The farrow and ball paint is flawless and the design of the cover itself is sturdy and very clean. I had some questions on wall installation and Liam replied immediately, helping me within a few minutes of my initial email. All in all, very happy with the purchase

Fantastic product and excellent delivery, highly recommend

Beautiful radiator cover well made, absolutely love it well packaged. What's not to love
