I purchased these three items. NONE of them worked as advertised.
Only the Air cooler is still working; I only use the fan. The others have battery issues; these were out-of-the-box issues. I have contacted Customer Service, and they have decided to ignore the issues.

I purchased the Artic Air Tower Plus. It arrived with a piece broken and the cooling button not working. I emailed customer service and they said they could not help and just return it to the store. I called their customer service help line and they were worse. I explained what was wrong, the person had no idea what I meant by the blue tube that drains into the reservoir. She kept asking if I meant the plug that goes into the wall. I explained the issue multiple times and she finally said there was nothing they could do for me. So, a brand new Arctic Air Tower, no one at Artic Air has a clue what the parts are or how to use or fix one, and I am out all of that money for a piece of crap that doesn't work. The products are junk and the company is worthless. Do t waste your money.

THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU SO YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THIS DEVICE THAT BLOWS A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF AIR.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on any ARTIC AIR products. Now I know why in the info that comes in the box with it, it says, "do not return to store, call this number ..."! Because everyone would be returning them to the place they purchased them from! Call the number so they can scam me some more! NO THANKS! I have already thrown good money down the drain, they do NOT need to waste my time scamming me over the phone! I did everything it said ... Put the cartridge in the freezer (after wetting it) ... Put it in the machine ... Filled it with water ... And it blows out like a weak little fan ... And it is called Artic Air ... What a JOKE! A bunch of scammers! If I could have, I would have rated this 1/2 star or even less!

I purchased the Arctic air chill and the hand one neither one of them worked it's a hoax I put it in the freezer the filter put it in the machine and it blew like a little fan don't waste your money

Ordered 6/27, yet as of 7/9, NO PACKAGE!!!!
Charged my financial institution IMMEDIATELY, yet used SNAIL MAIL to ship nearly $500 of merchandise!!! Speaks volumes about "customer service" and their feelings towards consumers who spend their money for their product(s)
