I had events to go to and did not know what to get. Was looking online and still was not sure. Then saw this site and gave them so questions but they recommended me well, and after I ordered the service and delivery also great. I don't know too many sites out there but for me this is very good and I like it next time is me or friends family need shoes again.

UPDATE 25 Sept: They came back to me and have, indeed, sent a QR code for the return. So fingers crossed that getting a he refund doesn’t prove as difficult as some reviewers have said. I will update again, once the whole process is completed. But communication is still not great.

They sent me a pair of Panama Jack boots which their website said were leather lined. When they arrived, they were not leather lined. Taro said I could be sent a QR code to return them, which I asked for. Nothing! Tried to contact them. Number unrecognised; no reply to emails.

Due to my work I have to change shoes relatively often. Different type of shoes some for walk some for smart occasions. I browsed online and found this website, it seemed good price and professional for me so I ordered to try. The result did not disappoint me, and delivery and quite good customer service. There may be a downside because initially they did not have the size I wanted for a particular pair, but the customer service quickly recommended an alternative and it worked then arrived nicely and professionally. Overall I think its worthwhile site to spend my money on with the shoes I want.

Purchased some Barbour wellies and they arrived as described in time for my adventures at the weekend. I sent an email prior to buying and a man called Stuart replied swiftly with answers to all my questions.

Recently bought a pair of Barbour wellingtons from Arthur Knight. Cheapest than anywhere else. Quick dispatch and postage. Arrived well packaged and in an official Barbour box. Product is of excellent quality and they fit perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a pair of Barbour wellingtons boots which unfortunately proved faulty. Returned boots as requested at a cost of around £10. Communication from then on has been dreadful. Offered a replacement pair in a different colour which I accepted but cannot get confirmation these have been dispatched and no word on how to recover postage costs.The person dealing with this is Taro.Will never use this company again.Looks like I will have to raise an action through PayPal as that is how original boots were purchased.

Ordered Barbour Wellies on the Sunday and they arrived, double boxed, on the Wednesday. Royal Mail delivery and no delivery charge. Wellies look absolutely fine. Can't fault this company.

I ordered some Barbour Redhead Chukka boots for my husband for Christmas at a great price.

He loved them, but sadly, after just wearing them on 3 occasions, a triangular flap of leather came away on the toe. An odd and unfortunate flaw on these boots, which inevitably made me think they were seconds.

So, after these initial misgivings which were exacerbated when I was unable to get through to customer service, on top of reading less than favourable reviews, I must say that the service I have now received has been nothing short of excellent.

Having been given an address to return the boots to, without quibble, I have just received a replacement pair!

Buy from Arthur Knight people! Even if the problem is nothing to do with them, they will go above and beyond in their customer care.

No confirmation email, poor communication, never received my boots..just awful and very stressful to deal with!

Needed a last minute gift for Christmas and ordered some boots from Arthur Knight. Came within 2 days and are perfect. Thank you!

The boots looked lovely when they arrived, however that was about as good as can be said.

These are clearly made to a budget and simple details such as the pull tabs at the back being too small to grab were an initial concern.

The first time I wore them in the wet my feet actually got wet - not from the top down but the bottom up.

Somehow the method of manufacture appears to suck water into the sole of the shoe when walking - even in light rain.

And after the rain, the boots squeak with every step until the soles are finally dry.

I tried to contact customer service multiple occasions via phone and email and eventually got a reply pretty much saying lump it.

They didn’t even acknowledge this may have been a one-off defect - which would lead me to think this is just the way they are made.

Spend a bit more money, or spend your money on a different brand. You will likely regret buying from Arthur Knight.

I bought two pairs from this website for xmas. It was good and I liked them. I like shoes webistes that they look nice on screen and what delivered were actually the same. And this is one of them.

I have used some other sites - they look really nice on the website but the actual shoes delivered dont look nearly as nice.

So for this point. Kodos to this site.

P.S. Don’t buy Arthur Knights shoes if you don’t want to constantly receive compliments and be asked where your shoes are from.

Boots Rubbish but i would rather keep them than go through the process of previous people who have dealt with this company. Waiting and sometimes never getting their Money back.

Used to like Arthur Knight but recently I have purchased shoes which have a description and photo which do not match the delivered item - what looks decent quality online arrives looking cheap and nasty. Sorry AK Shoes but you are being unsubscribed and I won't be coming back and recommend others seek an alternative supplier.
