I signed up for a demo class but the instructor never showed up. The moderator (or the POC) just kept asking me to wait 1 more min multiple times. I waited for 15 mins then decided to drop off. Very unprofessional!
Thy are cheater after the first demo class I made the payment and thn thy said teacher left due to health issues and thy give me another demo with new teacher and I agreed and booked slots for Monday 5 pm .this is the 3rd Monday teacher is cancellingt he class.and wen I ask for refund the higher authority is keeping quite and the customer support team will keep saying I will check .complete scam.i felt cheated thy are charging 700 for 40ints and I paid 5600 / and every day I need to message and please for the refund... Extremely irritated.no professionalism week administration .pathetic experience
My daughter was enrolled for 3 months ( thats the package )
The classes (1 or 2 each month ) would be cancelled due to teacher inavailability or family emergency - which was understandable .
There will be email reminders sentand link a day or two in advance , but the instructor will cancel the class last minute , so you can expect your time to be wasted and your child be disappointed .
No structure of these lessons were discussed , on one occasion the teacher telling my daughter , she can choose a picture she wants to draw - she wants to paint a picasso , the teachers are expected to tech them basics .. she now has some random shapes drawn in her books
I paint myself and can teach her myself but sometimes they learn better from another teacher .
The contact person can be very unprofessional too , when my husabnd highlighted on one occasion that my child was ready for the session , they not only cancelled the class with no prior info and then went on textg back that if the class is cancelled by the teacher , they will compensate , but if we cancel it , they lose a session( sure we know that )
So you need to hire people who are serious about art , we are not desperate for money or art , you are ..!!
So get your act right ..!!
