A very good organisation. Specialises in a lot of instruments and arts. Serves in all regions of the world. Instructors have very flexible scheduling options which are very convenient for learners.
Also hosts a variety of online/offline events.

1/5 Stars ⭐️ – Extremely disappointing experience with Spardha School of Music. Purchased a 24-class package, but the service was a total letdown from day one:
While the teacher was excellent (hence 1 star). I had severe Tech Issues: The very first class was plagued by technical failures. Support couldn’t fix it, forcing us to finish the session haphazardly over a regular phone call—completely ruining the lesson's value. Oversold & Underdelivered: It quickly became clear their platform cannot support what they sell.
Ghosting & Deflective Support: When I tried to cancel and request a refund for the 23 unused classes, support ignored my direct requests, stalling with endless canned responses and demands for phone calls instead of processing the refund. I am now forced to dispute these charges through my credit card issuer and file formal consumer complaints.

My Journey with Spardha School of Music

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m Jose, a guitar and ukulele trainer at Spardha, working primarily with students across the USA and Europe. By God’s grace, I’ve also been fortunate to receive the Pinnacle Performer recognition consistently throughout my journey here.

Having spent the past few years with Spardha, I wanted to share an honest reflection on my experience so far.

My biggest takeaway? Spardha is not just a great platform for students; it’s a great platform for trainers, too.

The courses are well-structured, and the opportunities offered to students—from open mics and Radio Mirchi performances to other initiatives—make learning more engaging and give students opportunities to grow beyond their regular lessons.

Like any new role, the initial months came with a few challenges, particularly around scheduling and batches. However, by God’s grace and with the support of the team, things became much smoother within a few months.

And that brings me to something I genuinely appreciate: the people behind the platform.

A special mention to Saurav Shrivastav, CEO of Spardha, along with TSM Saloni, SME Turja. Their guidance, encouragement, and understanding have contributed significantly to my experience here.

I believe a workplace is only as good as the people who make it work. Having a supportive team makes a real difference, and I’m grateful to have experienced that at Spardha. A shout-out to everyone working behind the scenes, too, because maintaining a platform of this scale requires serious coordination, teamwork, and commitment.

Coming to the best part of the job: the students.

I’ve had the privilege of teaching some genuinely wonderful students, including Jaanvi, Swanik, Arham, Aniket, Akira, Bhavani, and many more. Honestly, I feel I’ve learnt just as much from them as they’ve learnt from me.

I’ve also received around 130 five-star feedback ratings from students and parents so far. I don’t take that lightly. Every bit of feedback is a reminder of the trust families place in me, and I’m genuinely thankful to every student and parent who has been part of this journey.

On the operational side, Spardha’s trainer portal deserves special appreciation. Scheduling, learning resources, student tracking, and other essential processes are organised in a way that lets trainers focus on what matters most: teaching music.

The system is continually updated, support is accessible when needed, and the in-house training initiatives have provided several useful learning opportunities. I particularly appreciate how structured the overall process is. A well-maintained system might not always be the most visible part of a music school, but you certainly notice when it makes your everyday work easier.

What about the challenges?

Of course, no platform is completely free of occasional issues. I’ve faced a few along the way, but nothing that I would consider unmanageable in my experience. What matters most is how challenges are handled, and having a supportive team makes navigating them much easier.

Overall, my experience has been genuinely positive.

If you’re a music trainer who wants to spend more time doing what you love and less time worrying about the logistics surrounding it, I’d genuinely recommend considering Spardha.

I’m grateful for the opportunities, the people, the students, and everything this journey has taught me so far. All glory to God for how far He has brought me, and sincere thanks to everyone at Spardha who has been part of it.

Teaching with Spardha has been an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling professional experience. As a music educator, what stands out most to me is how thoughtfully the platform is developed specifically for music education.
The structure of the courses allows students to grasp complex musical concepts naturally and at an enjoyable pace. Additionally, the built-in teaching resources and curriculum maps make lesson planning incredibly efficient, allowing me to focus entirely on my students' performance and growth. It is a fantastic ecosystem that empowers both teachers and students to thrive.

I actually am fortunate to be a part of Spardha family, its been 2 years and the amazing part is that I can have classes scheduled to my conveniency. There is timely pay with incentives and opportunity to grow beyond a teacher. I also have been given music books and a chance to pursue my higher music grades as well. I also got to have a great cohort of student relationship. I am truly grateful for the opportunity Spardha has made, for musicians to continue their passion as a career.
