Absolute fantastic service from one of your drivers Mr Samson Bayile (CAR NO 53). Mr Bayile arrived at our hotel on time, was very polite and courteous to my family, and his car is maybe the cleanest taxi I’ve ever seen. This gentleman is a credit to your company. Please make sure he gets this review. He will know who it’s from. Just tell him, if his son ever wants a dog say no and get a goldfish.

Most drivers are actually pretty rude. And if you have a dog that need a vet appointment and dont drive? DONT bother asking they only have 2 drives in the whole fleet that take dogs, but you can't actually book one as they decide if the cost is worth to them, if they have a better job they will choose that which means losing appointments. Today was an emergency yet still told none in the area and can't tell you how long they will be. Will be as long as 2 hours? Oh I can't tell you that.

But they are the main cab firm in town now so know people have no choice but to use them!

Booked a taxi for 16.15 cor 5 people. Booked at 8am in the morning and was sent booking information. Sat waiting at 1615 for taxi no car came. After 4 phone calls we eventually got 2 taxis 45 minutes later. Will never use arrow again

Our driver engaged in road rage incident at 2am in the morning, my family and other road users were only centimetres from a major incident . This event followed altercation with front desk staff who insisted on prepayment and increased fare despite the booking being clear it was a fixed fare and pay in Taxis. Have attempted to resolve with the customer support who have provided only hollow words and are now questioning the validity of my account. Matter now being referred to the Police and Local Authority.

Arrived at 02.30 after a delayed flight. Needed a taxi from Bristol Airport to Long Ashton. Time given, price quoted matched online and quicker than advised. The taxi driver was an absolute gentleman and very helpful and friendly. Not sure of his name but I would thoroughly recommend the company and would use them again without hesitation.

Used Arrow Cars at Bristol Airport a few times now but specifically after having an extremely unpleasant experience with Bristol Airports Silver Zone where we missed our flight. Arrow Cars are punctual, professional and polite. Had to change my times so had to call them, the call handler was very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely be using again.

Booked Arrow taxis for Bristol airport flights out and return. Went like a dream.
Provided prior information for pickup details, decent car with good driver and arrived in perfect time to get to airport.
Return trip went brilliantly.
Straight outside arrivals exit, well organised and trip with Emma in car 10 went like a dream.
Home stress free.
Will definitely use again.

Absolutely ridiculous! They can’t guarantee me a 8 seater when I’m booking 3 days in advance. And wants to send me 2 cars which would be double the money ! Horrible service and horrible to talk to. Never booking with them again

Awful - came back checked in for the taxi they gave our taxi to another disgruntled customer who had booked the wrong size leaving us with no taxi - the two guys behind reception were laughing! Book another company guys!

I used their web site to book rides between Yatton and Bristol airport. An early booking page gave the price as £73.99 return, saying this included everything. Half way through the booking process this became £78.99, then on the final payment page the amount charged became £84.99 without explanation. All times w I have used them before and found them very reliable. This charging practice destroys trust.

Car 5945 The driver was harassing other drivers on the road in a 40 mile and hour zone whilst speeding. His erratic driving concerned my family and was endangering other drivers on the road.

Booked two 8 seaters to take 10 people to the football, paid in advance. And then to pick us all up at 5.30 sharp as we had an appt in town. One turned up, the plan being to take half of the party, then come back for the other half. Annoying but not a major problem because we had lots of time.
The problem was the return. At half past 4 they called me to say they couldn't carry out my paid for booking and wanted my card number to refund the payment, as the drivers were fasting. After a row, the controller said they could pick us up much later, and wanted to refund the original booking and take a new payment.
After explaining that if they couldn't do the booking, don't accept it!!! And don't ring me during the match to tell me!
Eventually they managed to get one multi-seater for 5.30 and then to go back to pick the rest up. Meaning that most of the group missed the band we were trying to get back for.
Felt a bit sorry for the drivers themselves as they were doing their best, but everyone seriously let down by the organisation. Complete shambles, avoid.

Finally got around to leaving a review for Arrow Cars, East Midlands. Outstanding service, especially late at night, I had car issues in the meet and greet and was left with two options, sleep in my car until the RAC got there at 7am, or try to get the car going.

The team who were on the late shift jumped to the rescue and between them and one of their drivers, I was on my way home to my family. I cannot thank them enough, especially considering I wasn't even a paying customer! Next time I got to East Midlands I will be bringing something to say thanks!

We pre-booked a taxi to pick us up from our flight returning to Leeds Bradford Airport. My understanding was that the taxi would be ready and waiting to meet us, as we were promised that they would track flights in case of delays. However, there was no sign of a taxi and the controller said it would be five minutes. Fifteenth minutes later I asked how much longer it would be. Just five minutes, she told me! After another ten minutes, a dirty, scruffy rattling people carrier appeared. It was a disappointingly poor ending to what had been a lovely holiday. To be constructive, I would suggest training controllers and drivers in the basics of good service, punctuality and effective communication; then, insist on high standards of vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Probably the best way to achieve this is for Leeds Bradford Airport to withdraw the right to a monopoly which Arrow Cars have enjoyed for far too long.
