Booked an airport taxi for 11:30am, but the driver didn’t arrive until 12:00pm. We booked in advance specifically to avoid delays and almost missed our flight. The booking office kept saying “5 more minutes,” but the driver later confirmed he wasn’t even assigned the job until 11:50am.

I was promised an air-conditioned car because it was over 25°C and we were travelling with our 9-month-old baby, but a car without A/C arrived.

When I complained, Zaf at the booking office was rude and simply said, “Don’t go then,” instead of apologising or helping.

The driver was polite and this was not his fault. The problem was the booking office’s poor communication, false promises, and terrible customer service.

Paid £85 when other companies quoted around £70. I would not recommend this company.

The biggest waste of time, booked for 1am and still not arrived at 1:40am in the morning (payment taken) and still not arrived, atrocious😡 . Will be complaining further.

I have just had a zoom Taxi ride from the aerospace Museum to Temple Cloud. The driver was extremely friendly excellent service.

How this company ever got a contract with tameside hospital to pick vunerable disabled patients when nwas were stretched is beyond me with nwas u get picked up and took to the department ur there to see and picked back up from department and took home xoom taxi could find my dad in ct for over an hr and just left when I rang they said they waited at the south building how was my dad able to get to the south building from where he was in a manual wheelchair without someone pushing him absolute joke when there doing contract for nwas they should go inside the hospital and get the patient basically do everything that nwas suppose to do knowing he needs assistance now hes sat waiting for nwas to pick him up xoom shouldn't be able to have a contract with the hospital if he could make his way across the other side of the hospital he could use public transport which there for a transport ambulance / taxi would be valid thick as pig shit if u want to work with vulnerable disabled people on hospital contracts they should have more common sence and training if he could managed a taxi on his own don't ya think he would of just ordered one instead of using nwas how many more vulnerable patients I wounder have to go through this u have hospital contracts that's just not pick up from house and dropping off at the hospital while driver stays sat on his arse the driver needs to look after the patient end of the hospital needs to get are realable taxi back up service that actually gives dam about the patients after all if he wasn't vulnerable elderly and disabled he would be picking up the hospital contract shame on company better traing and protocols need putting in place .

Have used Zoom Taxi’s a few times and they’ve never let us down!
I don’t drive and there’s no bus out of my village, they’ve helped get me to meetings on time and have picked up my daughter when she’s missed the bus.
Most recently they’ve picked us up (to and from) Heathrow on xmas eve and on New Year’s Day.

Amazing taxi company, used today for drop off and pick up to Silverstone hospitality. Great communication from the outset of booking, taxi’s arrived on time and both drivers were very chatty/friendly. Would use again without hesitation

We took a taxi from Towcester races to Newport Pagnell (14 miles) and were asked to pay £48! We are a family of 5 so required a 6 seater. When we disputed this amount and spoke to the head office, he said he told my husband the cost. He didn't, we wouldn't have booked it at that rate. Then went on to say we were lying. He got so aggressive on the phone we had to end the call, refused to listen to our point of view. Would not recommend this company to anyone. We compared these rates to uber and other local taxi firms who's rates were £34.30 - £38 for a 6 seater.

Didn't send a taxi when ordered waited 50 minutes for 1 to turn up my disabled son missed an important appointment 1 angry mum 1 upset son

Doesn't send a taxi when they say they will. You'll wait half the night

Fantastic service in response to last minute request. Raj the driver was prompt, courteous and professional. I will be using Zoom again and can highly recommend them.
