Booked a taxi to the Airport at 4am 8th June . My sister and I were left stranded. Despite applying for a refund, numerous emails and also phone calls. No attempt has been made to refund me. The last few emails have just been ignored.On the day of the booking there we’re several others who’s turned up at the office who’s taxis had failed to show up.

Book taxi online quoted £13.50, taxi arrived on time, the driver on the way home was appalling, speeding, tailing gating ever car and constantly swearing about the other drivers, all the way home he was constantly asking if this was an online card payment which made me very suspicious so next day i checked my banking to find i had been charged over £20.

Pre-booked a return airport shuttle through their web booker service to LBA, a 9 minute journey from
LS16 for which I was charged £36 return. The taxi failed to arrive and when I called to chase I was told there were no taxis available in the area. I cancelled the booking and was told I would receive a refund, more that two months has lapsed and despite several chasers have received no refund !

After nearly 10 months waiting for a refund due to cab not being available (despite booking) at Bristol Airport on midnight arrival with young family i have just had a response claiming ‘ running under new management’ no offer of a refund just a request for ‘another chance’! Seems the latest management follow the same priciples as the last with customer service. Steer clear. Unreliable and will not take responsibility for any mistake.

Prebooked a taxi for 12.50am to save waiting around for a 6 seater in the early hours of the morning with 3 children (ages between 4months and 12yrs) arrived on time to be told that the taxi was out and would be 10-15 mins. Not ideal but ok. I checked 15mins later to be told he would be another 10-15mins!!! At this point I was getting annoyed. Then I was told another 15mins……eventually the taxi arrived at 01:30am.
Frustrating when I prebooked to avoid hanging around. We have a 3hr onward journey so this really put us behind.
The situation was made worse as I didn’t feel that anyone was apologetic.

Had no problems with any of the taxi drivers, or the control room staff ,shame they've gone ,

Booked a taxi at 2pm online for 3pm collection, to take us 3 miles to the airport. Arrived at 3:35pm, no explanation, no apology nothing! Disgusting service and won’t be using them again!

Booked taxi on auto phone number on Sunday 10/07/22 11am, for pickup that evening at 6pm. Called at 6.15 as no taxi, was told that driver would be there in 5-10 mins. Called again at 6.35 as no taxi and was told that there were no free drivers, at all,so there would be no taxi. He did apologise, but we were left being late, and had to call round other taxi companies, eventually getting one with a 1hr wait. Don't take bookings if you can't provide the service, contact customers if there is an issue, and train the operators to be honest.

After my 3 negative reviews below have had 3 email confirmations to say they are on it BUT Still no refund ? They have had my £62 since May 29th. Think twice before using this firm. Look at all the reviews.

Had a booking and wanted to cancel. Tried for FOUR hours on phone. Either no answer or they answered and then hung up straight away.

I didn’t want to even give one star but I had to in order to write. Katy in the kiosk booked a taxi for us with me in my wheelchair in front of her and I said it only dismantles a little so we need an estate car or minibus. Charged us £28.88. (Normal fare with our local firm £17. Taxi arrived - driver was NOT prepared to put his seats down to accommodate the wheelchair so literally abandoned us. Katy at the kiosk who really needs sacking with her appalling attitude and rudeness, said she didn’t know about the wheelchair requirements and then refused to give us a refund!!! No taxi and still charged - unbelievable ….Left me on a wheelchair stuck with cases and no transport. An absolute disgrace!! How can such a shambolic company be allowed an office at the airport. Their couldn’t care less approach is literally beyond belief!!

Left me waiting no show! And this was for an airport shuttle.

Absolute nightmare with them twice this year. Late flight back to LBA and 45 minutes to wait for a car in March

Arrived back today, I specifically asked for a car for 3 people with suitcases. I was told a 20 minute wait. We waited the 20 minutes for the driver to tell us his car wasn’t big enough. They said they would get another car.. the driver came.. his car wasn’t big enough..

I complained at the booth that I had asked for a car for 3 people with suitcases and 2 drivers had told us that they didn’t have room, they then said we needed an estate car.. I questioned why they wouldn’t know we needed a large car given I had specifically asked for a car large enough for 3 cases.. I was told that I hadn’t told them how big the cases were.. my response was they could have also asked if they were unsure.
They arranged another card and charged an additional fee..

We have a 7- 8 mile journey and the cost was £35..

Need I say more. I think LBA need to review their provider.

DREADFUL. AVOID. They are happy to take your money but when it comes to giving out refunds its like pulling teeth. Refunded me incorrect amount, refund was supposed to be booking cost less 20% admin charge you would think that was simple maths to work out the refund amount. Now i cannot get a hold off anyone i keep being told to fill an online form and wait for a response. They are blaming huge cancellations due to covid as a result of the delay but covid has not been a thing for the last year atleast or since the travel ban was lifted and no requirements to do tests. Absolutely ridiculous.

Booked a return journey to Birmingham Airport.The flight was delayed and the Taxi driver was very rude,had to pay another £25 extra waiting time.Why do you ask for the flight number if you don't track it!

Booked a return journey to Birmingham Airport. Arrived back from our holiday, had booked our pick up for 1.30pm, we rang them 10 mins before to ask what the car reg was and where we would be collected. Person on the phone said I had booked my return from East Midlands airport…funny when I got dropped off at Birmingham and had confirmation to prove. He even said they had my flight number which was an EK code, if you track that you will see that it’s a flight into Birmingham. Common sense that I wasn’t getting an Emirates flight into East Midlands. They did send a driver to collect us who was very pleasant and got us home fast, I think they just didn’t bother to send a driver originally and wanted to fob us off!!! Will not be using again!

Just had to cancel my taxi - my 14yo son was waiting for his taxi and they have never even allocated a driver. Absolutely terrible service and will never be using them again.

Absolutely disgusting service! Booked and prepaid for a 3.30am collect for Bristol Airport. Taxi didn’t turn up even though we were calling and being reassured the driver was on his way. We had no choice but to drive and park at the airport to avoid missing our flight. On our return we visited the office to ask for a refund of our pre booked fee along with a reimbursement for our £110 parking charge. The guy in the office, from Arrow HO apologised and confirmed it was their mistake due to a system change over. The company had just been taken over and he was down from the HO managing the take over. He took my details and said someone would be in touch to refund the £110 and that the pre booked fee would be refunded back to the card straight away. 3 weeks later, 4/5 email chasers and daily phone calls (being reassured the refund was on its way from Jack who was the helpful one). We received an email today to advise that they would not refund the £110 as per their T&C’s and this decision was from the directors who would not change their mind. Absolutely disgusting! But even worse is that we also then discovered they still hadn’t refunded the original booking fee!

These people should be wearing masks quoted me £34 for a 6 mile fare on Sunday. Talk about abusing their position as official airport Taxi service the Airport should do something about this

Pre-booked taxi to take me from home to Bristol did not turn up as it went to the wrong address By the time another one appeared I missed my flight, had to wait nearly 14 hours for the next one and lost a day of my holiday. Never again.
