Beware of This Scam! Cheap, Low-Quality Shoes Masquerading as "Craftsmanship"
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a pair of shoes from this so-called “premium brand” that claims to pride itself on craftsmanship. What a joke! The shoes arrived looking and feeling like they were made of plastic—not leather as advertised. Despite their endless talk about quality materials and expert artisans, these shoes were clearly mass-produced in China. To make matters worse, the box reeked of glue the moment I opened it, so much so that I had to leave it outside because the smell was unbearable. The shoes themselves were covered in glue residue, and every single stitch was glaringly visible, making them look cheap and poorly made. The only good thing is that I eventually got my money back, but not without a fight. The return process was a nightmare—an endless game of redirection clearly designed to frustrate customers into giving up. It took multiple emails, but I finally pushed them hard enough to honor their own 30-day return policy (as stated on their website). Save yourself the headache and avoid this scam of a company. They’re selling overpriced garbage under the guise of “craftsmanship,” hoping people won’t bother with the hassle of returns. Don’t fall for their lies—you’ll only be left with regret and a bad smell in your house.

Don't be fooled and don't buy anything from them. Unfortunately, I read the reviews of real customers only after ordering and was lured by the advertisement with attractive pictures and references to Italian shoemaking skills. There were also many positive reviews, which were obviously paid and fake. ARNO CONTI is fake. The shoes absolutely do not match the description, they are not leather, the inside of the shoe peels off just after unpacking. I am disillusioned and very disappointed. Is it worth sending them back to China at my own expense or keeping them as a reminder of my own gullible stupidity? ARNO CONTI is a terrible disappointment.
