I have never posted two bad reviews on a company before (genuinely not my style) but I have nevet had such a bad experience with any organisation as I have with Arno Conti The customer service guy finally got in touch after my previous review & I have yet to recieve the process to return the shoes that do not fit & to receive my refund despite requesting both several times finally telling me that they would not refund my money unless I took down my previous (genuine) review basically some sort of strange blackmail attempt Well Arno Conti team I believe the public has a right to know what their experience will be when they try to work with your "Easy Refund" policy You have left me no option but to ask my bank to pursue this legally Please potential.customers if you are considering shopping with this company think again Absolutely shocking customer service

I ordered a pair of tabi ballet flats and received one made by Crape Myrtle and doubtful that they are real leather. Certainly not as described in their website, leather upper, leather sole, etc. I emailed their customer service and they offered to refund me just $20 when I paid $90, when i insisted on returning for a full refund they ghosted me. Please beware...
