To date still not receive any shipping email for me to track e item, while their customer service says they r processing e order and this is called EXPRESS SHIPPING. Never buy frm AX ever, can get other similar brands at lower shipping cost and faster delivery, not even sure if i will recieve e item.

Amo i loro prodotti, ma il servizio clienti è davvero pessimo… dopo aver acquistato online avevo necessità di effettuare un cambio. Sul sito è impossibile farlo e il servizio clienti da risposte assurde , non attinenti a ciò che chiedo.. per ultimo dopo mie continue richieste mi è stato detto che la taglia che io necessito non c è più sul sito , quando è bella li disponibile in più pezzi..
esperienza davvero assurda.. quindi va bene acquistare, ma non c è assolutamente un servizio post vendita!!! Credo orienterò i miei acquisti altrove!! Davvero delusa da questo brand!!

Horrible Service. Never buy from here again!! I bought jeans in store while on vacation and tried on a pair. I come home and although they are the same size and style they fit drastically different. I want to return them but dont live in the city and cant. They dont allow for online return? Why would that matter? Returns process is ass.

ordered worth 800+ and didn't received the order at all. Emailed the customer service so many time but no one replied back. Called them 3 times and escalate the problem to a supervisor, they said I will receive confirmation email but nothing happened up to now. Don't order online.
Tip for consumers: Don't buy online please, your order will not arrive.
Horrible customer service
My friend got my two t-shirts for my birthday. Unfortunately they didn't fit right as they were a bit too big. The very next day I went to the Dadeland store to exchange them. I was told that they were unable to help me, since I didn't have the receipt. Right after implying that I had worn them and looked at me with contempt as if I were a notorious criminal. It was absolutely obvious that the items were from Armani Exchange they had the labels and even the price tags on. I never understood why I must produce a receipt since they obviously were able to recognize their own merchandise. And as for the items being worn, nothing could be further from the truth. I did have to try them to check the fit. At the end, I had no choice but to left the store.
I asked my friend to get the receipt for me. Unfortunately, I had a planned trip and had to flight 2 days later.
After coming back from my trip, my friend mailed me the receipt.I went first to the Dolphin mall location where they bluntly told me that they were completely unable to assist me because that merchandise was not part of their inventory. They suggested me to go back to Dadeland.
I went back to Dadeland and from the moment I got in, I was greeted with "no, we can't help you". That was repeated over, by several staff members and, even the manager. I explained that this was my second time in the store, and that I wanted any solution or at least an option. None was given to me, no store credit; I even offer to buy two t-shirts had I given at least some credit for the ones given to me as a gift. The only option given was to wait for them to shrink after washing them!!
I won't ever ever buy anything in that store again.. Staff who feel like they're more famous than Armani himself...the attitude....probably the WORST customer service ever....not the slightest attempt to help the customer
No way I am buying from Armani Exchange again
There is no way I am buying from Armani Exchange again. Bought some items on sale as a gift for my husband. Delivery was quite slow.
The items were not true to size and an L ended up feeling more like an M or even smaller. The quality of the materials felt more like a Primark and not a reputable expensive brand.
Decided to send back - the UPS guy told me I needed some additional paperwork as the package was going to Italy. The trouble was that the paperwork wasn't included with the goods.
Went on their website to check the returns procedure. Apparently, you had to fill in some form, then get a return code. I tried but the system showed my order reference as invalid, so contacted the customer services. They sent me a pdf form (not type in) to fill in (by hand?), and then I had to obtain some return code from God knows where. WHATEVER!!!! Sorry I just couldn't be asked.
I don't have time to be going backwards and forwards with the customer service. The returns process should be very easy and straightforward and not so complex and ridiculous.
Their returns policy also states that I had to return the dustbag (which I understand was a plastic bag?) otherwise they would have to charge me (like how much, 10p for a plastic bag?). However, I received my order without one, so just wondering where should I have got one from.
It appears that I am not the only person who finds the returns logistics ridiculous, so the brand really needs to improve.
I therefore decided I will give this as a present to one of the family members (what an expensive one indeed!) and will never be ordering from Armani Exchange again.
Refunds process atrocious
Refunds process is atrocious. This is the second time I am having an issue with A/X. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again!
I returned items the very next day after I recived them as 3 white clothing pieces were all a different shade of white. The goods are now stck in a warehouse in Italy but they expect me to chase UPS when I used their own return label.
Absolute shambles. In all honesty this has to be the worst logistics operation I have ever seen in the UK. I am not sure wh the weak link is among UPS, Yoox and A/X

Absolutely terrible! I returned a parcel to them and after 7 weeks they still have not processed my refund.
I have spoken to them directly on the phone and they have confirmed through tracking they have the items and keep lying about my refund. They are now no longer responding to emails. They steal your money and have terrible customer services. Do not buy from them!

Poor quality
I bought Padded jacket with duck down,and jacket quality is simple terrible,zipp is not working properly and down/feather is coming out .I understand that I won’t get any refund because I already wear that jacket but those issues I find out meanwhile I’m wearing it and I want warn others that quality of products are very cheap,I bought another down jacket from Tommy Hilfiger and I have no issues with it.There’s no option to contact with them and I can’t return that bloody jacket

Purchased pair Armani jeans and thought highly of them a frequent customer. Receive with Armani logo sewn upside down. One would think a company of this caliber would take responsibility for their mistake but i was horribly surprised with heir response.
1. 3 attempts made to speak to the manager, declined any resolution
2. Promised to respond in 48 hours and it took entire week
3. No apologies offered for poor quality and a huge error on their end, no explanation, no quality control measures and no apologies
4. # responses all claiming that there is nothing they would do and would not take the return because I tired them on to send them picture so they can see their error.
5. I have never experienced anything like this with any company, not even an apology. embarrassing, would never shop their again.

Ordered a blazer In December but wasn't keen so returned it but weeks later it was sent back to me by customs really don't know why. Returned again and suprise surprise it's been returned again by customs, its now 9th Feb and gotta send it back again (using the return labels armani exchange issued me the same as the last two labels they issued me), might get my refund before xmas 2022 at this rate
Not worth of money
I have bought two shirts from AX. One of black and one of white. Both are M size and 100% cotton. Fabric feels very cheep like plastic even if it is 100% cotton. It is sooooooo thin that you can easily see through the fabric even if it is black. It is like you look through transparent glass. If you wear M normally, buy L from AX.
