This is the second time I’ve had an issue with an aritzia order. I won’t be shopping again. I placed an order with multiple sizes so my growing teens could try on and returned 5 items. I got an email that they only receive 3 of the 5. They were all in the same box. Missing items were a pair of runners and a jacket worth over $400. They said they would investigate but haven’t heard back. To call in it’s a crazy long wait. Will never order from them again, so unethical. Plan to dispute it with my credit card now. All such a waste on time. Last time they sent the wrong item and when I called they wanted me to return the wrong item in the return window before they would refund. I explained I was out of town over Christmas and would drop it off when I returned and they said it wouldn’t work as they’d have to issue a store credit. Like wtf it was there error sending the wrong item and now they weren’t going to refund me. Made no sense. Just all around frustrating and so many other places to spend your money.

The management of this company needs to be aware of the poor quality of customer services. To expand the business, the company must offer online shopping. However, with its customer service, I will never come back.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Aritzia online. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. I made two phone calls and waited over an hour each time--no one ever answered. I also tried using the online chat feature, but received no response.
This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
To make matters worse, the coat I ordered did not match the online description. It was advertised as being made of wool, but the actual material is hard, rigid, and uncomfortable--making a $300+ coat feel like it's worth $50. DO NOT BUY. It's impossible to return, and the return is not back the original payment method. It will be issued via gift card.

I accidentally sent the wrong item to their warehouse — they assured me it would be returned, then later claimed they never received it. DHL confirmed delivery with official proof and advised me to contact local authorities, but pursuing that from abroad would have been too lengthy and impractical. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor handling from a brand I expected more from.

I was a bit nervous ordering from Aritzia after reading other reviews about customs and duty fees but I had absolutely no issues at all. The duty charges are already included in the price when you purchase which was such a relief! My Powder Parka arrived really quickly and I’m so impressed, it’s incredibly warm and such great quality. I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering from Aritzia again☺️

Horrible customer service and unwilling to reconcile a fulfillment order and need to work with AmEx to resolve. This is the first and last experience I will have with Aritzia.
After thousands spent told not to shop
Sadly after 15 years of spending hundreds of dollars every MONTH at Aritzia, I’ve come to share a very negative experience. I order a lot from them, 95% of my large wardrobe is Aritzia. With my last order, I returned all four items. They refunded me for three and refused to refund the last item saying I didn’t return it (I used to record my returns because this is a problem with Aritizia; I didn’t record this order). When I pressed them about it a manager emailed me and said “to provide the best experience” that I can’t shop with them any longer. Hilarious. I’m out $150 for a dress I returned to them and they told me I can’t shop with them anymore? Definitely shady, be warned.
Lost a long time Aritzia client
As a very long time Aritzia client (20 plus years) I ordered from online recently. I did not receive my packages, even though they said they were delivered. I did my due diligence and checked with my building, partner and neighbours and submitted claims through fedex. When nothing turned up I notified Aritzia and they told me there is NOTHING they could do. The packages were delivered incorrectly by fedex- the images sent are not of my building and we have secure package lockers (not used). I called Aritzia concierge, I emailed concierge and was told “I don’t meet the criteria for any support”. Meaning I don’t get my order or my money back. They lost a loyal customer for life. After all I’ve spent there, all the decades of being a loyal customer, they will not replace my order that was delivered incorrectly. Im so shocked and disappointed. Don’t shop with them unless you want to lose money and never get it back. Horrendous customer service and care.
Misleading Return Policy and Poor Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Aritzia’s online shopping and customer service. I purchased a sale item and later contacted customer support to ask for a price adjustment. I was told it was outside the return window. I was confused, because Aritzia is known to have a 30-day return policy.
Only then did I learn — for the first time — that sale items only have a 14-day return window, which is not clearly disclosed during the shopping or checkout process. There was no visible notice on the product page, in the cart, or at checkout. This kind of non-transparent policy feels misleading and unfair.
When I raised this concern, the customer service chat agent simply repeated the policy without addressing the issue or showing any willingness to help. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.
If I had known about the 14-day limit, I never would have made the purchase. I’ve already filed a dispute with my bank and a formal complaint with the BBB. I hope Aritzia improves how they communicate important policies and trains their staff to better support customers.
Wrong item, missing items, no refund — horrible customer service
I ordered four Babaton Interlock Cotton Function T-Shirts from Aritzia. One was canceled due to being out of stock, so I paid $96 for the remaining three. When my order arrived, I received only one shirt, and it was the wrong item entirely. I received a different color, style, and product number.
I contacted customer service immediately, sent all requested photos, and followed every instruction. Despite this, they denied my refund and told me my claim didn’t meet “internal conditions” with no explanation. I even called to escalate and was told the investigation team can’t be contacted and the case is closed.
I’ve now lost $96 and have no way to get my items or money back. Aritzia refuses to make it right. Their customer service is shocking for a company that size.
I am really disappointed in them because I have been a loyal costumer for years and have spent thousands of dollars at Aritzia.
Seriously AVOID at all costs
This company is truly awful.
I placed an order over $300 - the order arrived late by which point I was out of the country and was getting conflicting, confusing texts from their courier, FedEx, telling me I owed £91 in customs, which I was not made aware of when placing the order, but also telling me the order was out for delivery.
Because the package ended up being delivered late (to god knows where ) I was away from home yet Aritzia repeatedly told me I had signed for the package despite the fact I had official travel documentation showing I wasn’t even in the county at the time I has supposedly signed for it.
I emailed them saying I was very concerned asking where the package had been left and I have no idea who (or what robot) was replying to the messages but the replies were beyond unhelpful, accusatory and absolutely bizarre.
Despite the fact I explained the situation and asked them to tell me where the package was they told me that as far as they were concerned the package was signed for by me they wised me luck finding the package, told me it was not their problem and closed the case.
They take your money and don’t care AT ALL about you as a customer. I order things online a lot and this is worst service I have ever received and I will never ever shop with them again.
There’s much better safer places to spend your money
Aritzia Return Policy - Beware
Ordered Cozy Sweatfleece Boyfriend Contrast Jogger. A sale item, and it was never clearly or visibly stated during checkout that sale items couldn't be fully refunded. I found a significant quality control issue with the Jogger. I own two other pairs of these exact joggers that hit above my ankle, but the pair from this order was longer. This inconsistency in sizing for the same product clearly indicates poor quality control. I returned the order only to receive gift cards instead of a refund. I called CS and spoke with Martha, who informed me about the sale item return policy. I reiterated that the return was due to product inconsistency and faulty quality, not buyer's remorse. I also mentioned a ripped shirt from a subsequent order, highlighting a pattern of disappointing product quality. I stated I no longer wish to purchase from the brand and wouldn't use the gift cards, requesting a full refund. I requested a supervisor, Martha didn't transfer me. Instead, she asked for my gift card numbers, put me on a long hold, and then claimed she was unsuccessful in reversing them. This raises serious questions about the capabilities of customer service or the accuracy of the information provided.
Interactions with Management were worse. Ciera was hard to understand and seemed to refuse assistance, despite Martha's earlier indication that a reversal might be possible. Then, Kelly was overtly dismissive, flatly refusing my request. I re-explained the situation, emphasizing Martha's initial statement and the critical point of the inconsistent sizing, a manufacturing defect, not a change of mind. I am being forced to accept gift cards regardless of this company's failure in product consistency and quality control. This experience, combined with previous merchandise issues, and the abysmal customer service confirms they are horrible. They are forcing gift cards on people, and keeping the cash. Also, after the sale this same item is full price! They are not final sale, so why is this company taking peoples cash for items they are selling for full price after a sale!
All sales are only merchandise credit. Buyer beware.
If you order any that is on sale, you can only get a merchandise credit. It is posted so tiny that unless you were specifically looking for this, you would be scammed to find out when you tried to return.

There was not a zero to choose
There was not a zero to choose, so I chose an overrated 1-star choice. After my experience recently it's not surprising to see similar experiences. I recently purchased a pair of pants in Vancouver B.C. and reside in the US. They did not make me aware that you cannot return the item in the US. Customer "no-service" told me they would extend the return date for a longer period, and all I needed to do was travel back the Vancouver, B.C. and make the return. When I explained the cost to travel back to B.C. including an overnight stay, meals, etc. far exceeded the refund amount she told me, "Well, sometimes things don't go our way." She really did.
I am stuck with a pair of pants that I can't use, are poor fabric quality, and still in the teeny bag - with the receipt. She also pointed out that it stated in the small print on the back of the receipt that the return policy stated no currency exchanges. I said "really, you were able to exchange my currency pretty quickly..."
I am going to file a dispute with my cc company. The return policy regarding foreign exchange is not clear. If it was, I would not have made the purchase. The salesperson knew I was from the US and absolutely should have made me aware of the policy.
It is beyond maddening to have "given" them $175 US and received absolutely nothing in return. No customer service to resolve the issue. They must take in, and keep, millions a year due to this policy.

I never received my package
I never received my package. The FedEx driver attached a photo of a package that had been delivered earlier in the day by UPS. I have no explanation why. Clearly the same package. Aritiza was provided both photos. I didn't meet their "internal criteria" for a replacement/refund (which of course they wouldn't share with me). I'm sure they are insured for lost packages and I'm sure this one will eventually make it way back to them so they will get the merchandise back. After FIVE calls to them, I'm out $250. The fact they put their customers in the middle of shipping issues is unacceptable. As a "luxury" retailer, they need to do better!! There are too many reputable retailers that stand behind you when things go wrong. NOT ARITIZA, BUYER BEWARE. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!
What’s the point of ordering online if the send the wrong thing
I ordered the airplush cotton sail pants in a small online two weeks before my trip, when I got them they were an extra small. So I went into exchange it for a small, ofc they’re out of stock which is why I bought it online in the first place. So they got me to reorder it, stating it’ll get here the day before my trip. Just got shipping confirmation and it’ll be delivered after I’ve left🙃

Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Unfair Return Policy
I was really disappointed with my recent experience shopping at Aritzia. First of all, no return label was included in my package, and when I reached out to customer service, the response was slow and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, if you want to return something, they deduct $45 from your refund – which is incredibly steep, especially when you’re already paying international shipping and, in the case of larger orders, additional import duties and taxes.
The quality of the clothing also didn’t live up to expectations. For the price point, I expected much better materials and craftsmanship.
All in all, it’s just not worth it. Between the poor customer service, extra fees, and subpar quality, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Aritzia – especially if you’re shopping internationally. Very disappointed.
BEWARE…SCAMMERS
First and last time shopping with Aritzia - customer service is diabolical, waited a long time on my order, never received it and aritzia were not interested in helping. Refused to refund and had to raise a chargeback through my payment provider to get my money back. I even supplied them with a statement from the courier clearly stating the parcel was unaccounted for and that I was owed a refund and aritzia still failed to acknowledge this. It’s clear from the dozens of other reviews that they do this a lot so I would strongly advise to shop elsewhere. I would also encourage anyone who has too, been scammed by aritzia, to raise a dispute against them as this will lead to fines and charges, as well as restrictions/bans on their ability to trade.
Aritzia state, “Our goal is to provide world-class service and seamless order experiences” - the delusion this company portray is truly concerning. Jokes on you Aritzia as you are not only at a loss financially with repeated chargebacks against you, but you’re losing customers on the daily.
Aritzia are trash, save your money for a more reputable, trust worthy brand.
