The Supersnug Puff Long Jacket - Size L

I bought The super snug puff jacket through special order from Aritzia store at Vaughan mills. I received the jacket in April 2025, almost end of the last winter.
I wore the jacket for the first time November 2025. I have worn this jacket only few times because I don't go out everyday. The jacket is already ripped at 3 different places. I called Aritzia customer service to report the situation. This was followed by exchange of emails with five different representatives, sending several pictures, eventually they told me nothing could be done about it.
It's very disappointing. At this price point, I expect a good quality jacket. not a jacket that cannot last for one winter.
I will not recommend this jacket at all

BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY, THEY WILL ONLY ISSUE A STORE CREDIT THAT YOU DID NOT ASK FOR

1/2/26 purchased several sweaters.
1/9/26 after receiving the sweaters and deciding that they were not for me and they were still unworn and in perfect condition, I returned them.
1/13/26 I received an email stating "we’ve received your return and it’s been successfully processed. Your refund of $358.46 will be issued to the payment type listed below."
1/14/26 I receive another email stating I now have a gift card, which I never asked for. I had already received an email on 1/13/26 that I would be refunded to my credit card.
1/15/26 I email Aritizia to find out what's going on
1/17/26 I receive an email from them that says "After reviewing the details of this return you are unfortunately not eligible for a refund back to your credit card. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. "

I never asked for this a store credit. It was not on their website. In fact, to the contrary, I received an email from them that said I would be refunded.

I would never EVER purchase anything from this company or website EVER again.

I returned a Christmas present that was…

I returned a Christmas present that was on sale which was a coat that was very expensive and they are only issuing a gift card because it was on sale. I just got off the phone with them and they refused to refund my credit card.
They are keeping almost $300 of my money and this kind of policy will make me shop elsewhere.

STRICT return policy

BEWARE that if any item is marked on sale AT ALL, you can only return within 14 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY. This is the most absurdly strict return policy, and I'm so annoyed all these influencers are promoting these products. Now after reading all these bad reviews, I'm worried I won't even get the store credit and will be calling my credit card company for a refund and reporting them to BBB.

Pleasantly surprised!

I was hesitant of ordering here due to the bad reviews but i really wanted a wool coat from
Aritzia, and my experience has been nothing but positive. I have ordered 3 times and had to return 2 times. The delivery was incredibly quick to the Netherlands and the returns arrived fast to them / their partner global-e (since it was international) both times I had my refund within a week after returning!

Shopped here several times over the year - recently discovered that you can’t even leave reviews on the website for products you purchased directly. I searched online and allegedly you’re supposed to receive an email. My best guess is the 4+/5 star reviews are biased. For example, I purchased the mega cargo sweat fleece in both 2024 (3 pairs) and 2025 (2 pairs). The 2025 pairs I bought are SO thin and lightweight compared to the other ones, the wind cuts right through them. Horrendous quality. And the return policy? Don’t even get me started. You can have a brand new product, original tags attached, unworn, and they won’t return it even when they’re carrying the same ugly vest you impulsively purchased for $115 because it was part of the matching set and now you’re stuck with it. I have 3 items over $100 each with this issue. I had only purchased the sweatpants because I thought they were a for sure item I would love and keep. This store is a big beige scam.

Very Disappointing! Poor Refund Handling

I returned my item within the allowed return period because it was defective. Yet the refund was offered only as store credit, not to my original payment method. Customer service sticks rigidly to the policy without addressing the actual issue. It even pains me to give a single star! I would give none if I could. Completely disappointing.

FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT. Returned a jacket due to style preferences in new condition within days of receipt. I received a return confirmation from Fedex days later that they signed the item over to their possession. I gave them a month of grace to process the return over the holidays and then needed to call five times to navigate getting a clear answer about what happened to my return. Initially I was told twice it was lost and then I was told it didn't meet their internal conditions and then the customer service manager tried to say it wasn't received at all [Even though I have confirmation from FedEx] and that the resolution happened at the warehouse and they had no authority to overturn it in customer service/concierge. FRAUD ALERT

My first and last time purchasing from…

My first and last time purchasing from this company . I returned a coat . When I contacted them they claimed the refund has been issued in the 19 th of December. Still waiting for my money and today I will start a chargeback with my bank. I have enough !!! I contacted them again asked them to provide me a details of a refund and ARN number as advised by my bank and they response was they will have look what is going on with my refund and will get back to me in 2-4 working days. So it looks like the refund has not been issued as they claim . Obviously it was not as I should get my money back by now. Shame on you Aritzia . Someone should have a look into your shady practice. I won't be waiting another week or so! I asked you to provide me the details and nor you failed to do so you also lied that you issued me a refund! So where is my miney gone because clearly not in my bank account???!

Customer service is terrible!

Terrible customer service! I tried to exchange a fleece that I received as a gift for a smaller size and they would not exchange it without a receipt. The fleece was a gift so I didn’t have a receipt, and it still had all tags on it. I was not trying to return it, just even exchange. I will never shop here again.

They stole my $500 Leather Jacket

I bought the black Jones Bomber Jacket during their new App promotion and decided to return it because it was very pricey for an Aritzia jacket, now I am left with no jacket and -$500. Customer service has been horrible and I have still not received my refund of $500, because they lost my item during the refund process. It’s been 2 months and I suspect someone from package receiving end from Aritzia factory must have stole it. They want the customer to take the fall and pay for loosing the item.
I have had several conversations with their customer services team and wasted so much time with this order and the issue is still not resolved, now they just want to duck responsibility and close this issue.
So disappointed and I will not be OK to just lose $500, I will be ready to sue.

IRAZIA - is a scam company

If I could I’d give this company 0 stars! I had free shippings on a pair of fleece leggings I bought from IRAZIA. After 3 weeks I tracked the package because I thought it was strange I hadn’t received my package. To my surprise my tracking showed that the package had arrived in my town but they are going to disposed the package. I went down to my USPS to see what the deal was and found out the senders created a fake label and I had to pay $8 to get my package! (They keep it for 10 days). I don’t know how IRAZIA could be using this made up person or stolen identity Abby Atkins from Bonnie Street Lane/Chicago as a shipping address! Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company

I order a top for a Christmas gift

I order a top for a Christmas gift. It was delivered to my billing address TWICE. I get no help at all from customer service. The first order I had a neighbor go pick it up off my porch and send it to my address in Kansas. That cost me almost$17. The second order was again sent to my Colorado address. Aritiza is blaming me for entering the wrong address or PayPal for changing the shipping address to my billing address. Meanwhile the second order is laying at the top of the road going down to our cabin in the mud. Not even on the porch. I will NEVER order from this company again as their customer service is TERRIBLE!

I honestly think this place is a scam

I honestly think this place is a legitimate scam. There’s something very fishy about the customer service or lack thereof. I had someone refuse to help me with a return and when I kindly asked if there was perhaps someone else I could speak to, she refused to give me any information for anyone else. I believe that the culture of forcing their products onto people and 0 customer service is coming from the top, which is why there is no one to help you and no matter who you speak to, you are hitting a wall. This also means they do not have faith in their products to satisfy customers, which makes one wonder why. I am staying away from them and will never be purchasing from them again. I encourage you to read the reviews/complaints on the Better Business Bureau; they are scary.

If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. They did not ship one of my items and refuse to refund/replace. I spent hundreds at this store. If I was making a false claim I wouldn’t pick the cheapest item

Save your time and your money

Placed an order on the 15th and two weeks later haven't received it yet. I bought a blazer as a Christmas present and the package has gotten lost so I contacted the Aritzia team and their answer was to wait up to another 30 days for the package to arrive, if it does. They are not offering any other solutions nor a compensation, and refused to refund my money until the package arrives and I return it back to them WHICH I WILL ALSO HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL RETURN FEE FOR. Don't buy from them, save your time, your money and your energy.

Haven’t received jacket after one month

I ordered from Aritzia over a month ago and my jacket is STILL stuck in customs 3 weeks later (I’m located in Europe). I have had to fill out over 10 forms to try and get this jacket to me. There was one form I needed to attain from Aritzia about the feathers in the jacket. Firstly it took them two weeks to send it all the while I was emailing back and fourth with 3 different people and they weren’t listening to my request. When they sent it 2 weeks later it was the wrong form? How can they not know the process of sending an item into the EU? This cannot be the first time. Since then DHL have reached out to try and get the form but no response in over 10 days… I have told them I want an immediate refund it’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t order from this store especially outside of America

Most Ridiculous Return Policy On The Planet

I purchased a cashmere sweater as a gift online. When I received it, I immediately noticed there was a defect in the knitting. I asked to return it and was told I would only receive a credit, and it would take seven days after the return merchandise was received in order for me to receive the credit. If I wanted to order a replacement, I would have to pay again, and end up with a store credit in three weeks, or wait a total of three weeks to receive the credit to order the replacement. What??? Ridiculous.

Some of the worst customer service I've…

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Purchased a Cashmere hood as a Christmas present. FedEx left the package at a completely different house and took a picture of the wrong house. Their customer service told me there's nothing they can do and I'm not entitled to a refund or replacement. Asked me questions like I was being interrogated and stole my package when clearly the package wasn't delivered to my house. They may have nice clothes but they are a terrible company
