We contacted you regarding a suspected warranty claim on behalf of a school, which had no heating. There was no urgency to resolve the issue just send out emails. Finally sent an engineer that couldn't identify the problem and ordered parts which we are still waiting on. No date for when parts will be available, when the engineer will attend, let alone a fix!

Only not giving 5stars because of the initial experience.
The 4stars only reflects the service from Nuzrat Jabar a senior manager at Ariston who took hold of my matter after 5weeks of no progress and swiftly dealt with the partner engineers, parts etc to resolve the matter within a few days. Thank you so much Nuzrat you dealt with this superbly and it's only due to your efforts and resolution I've given 4stars.
Otherwise I would be giving this 0stars.

The necessary repair was reported by the servicing engineer on Monday morning and the part was replaced on Wednesday afternoon.
Every stage from phoning Ariston to completing the job was handled efficiently and courteously. Well done!

A very fast and efficient service, given the fact I had no heating.

my husband rang to say that our boiler had stopped working after we had a local guy out who told us it would be a warranty job, the weather was very cold and we had no heating or hot water, he phoned at 11.50am on Monday and was told they would put it though as an emergency. The local company that you use did not get the email till late Monday evening by which time all the engineers had been allocated the jobs for the next day.
The engineer arrived on Wednesday morning and it took him about 15 minutes to fix the boiler, well done to the engineer shame we can't say the same about the person who took the original call for help.

Contacted Ariston, they were very helpful from the start, booked me an appointment which was fine. Then received a call from the engineers to arrange a time and date. All arranged but then I had to change it which wasn’t a problem. The engineer arrived and was very friendly and helpful, sorted the issue in super quick time. Highly recommended

Issue diagnosed quickly, part ordered and on visit to fix the part it was done expertly even picking up the fact that the air balloon inside the expansion tank had collapsed.

The technician was friendly and helpful. We had a leaking problem which was not resolved with the first valve replacement so they had to get more replacements as the boiler started leaking 5 days later. There was a delay in getting the rest of the parts in which the leak got worse but after a call informing them it was done quickly. thank you Andy.

Second visit to fix the leak from our boiler was no more successful than the first.
The engineer told us that he has ordered some parts, but we do not know when these will arrive.

Very courteous staff who promptly arranged for an engineer ro contact me, once I got in touch with someone at Ariston, but not being open til Monday after 6pm on a Friday and with no emergency number for breakdowns meant that they couldn't be contacted and nothing done over the weekend, until Monday morning!
