Yet to use the Faroe bag - the spec was exactly what I wanted for Ryanair flights to avoid the £40 charges for for post booking hold luggage - arising because our generally compliant cabin luggage (Eastpak) fails the Ryanair cabin size.

Price, service, delivery and feel and look all top notch.

Thank you

Great service - used messenger and replies really quick. Went above and beyond to help me as I need the bag quickly.

Also had quite a few questions about which bag was best for me and they were really honest and didn't try to upsell me the more expensive options.

Can't recommend enough.

first off, the material is very nice! soft, supple, water resistant. its a nice heather-like gray and has a cool texture. Was turned onto this brand because I kept hearing about it online and was shocked at the price. Competitive products are double the price!! The Arcido Faroe has suspended laptop compartment which I judge as one of the features in a well-designed travel bag.

The bag itself isn't stiff, so you can pack it into your luggage and carry back a bunch of stuff you buy on vacation. rollers are cool but weekend trips down the coast, or work-related travel where I can't really wait for the carousel (sometimes I'm in and out in one day - film work). and this sounds stupid but with clothes inside I feel like I can use it as a pillow in the airport lol

another feature that is pretty minut yet still very appreciated is the subtle curve in the zipper pull that just fits the fingers like a dream.

its easy to pack to stand on its own as well. lastly, two giant stretchable water bottle holders on both sides.

this one is definitely a winner. will be adding Arcido to my list of favorite bag brands

Arcido has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I sent the sales team over a dozen emails and EVERY SINGLE EMAIL had been responded to within a few hours.

The sales team worked with me on a Sunday morning and had my bag shipped and on it's away from the UK to California within 24 hours. I did not expedite shipping and still received my bag within 9 days of placing my order.

I live in Northern California and was interested in the Arcido Saxon as my every day carry. I normally carry a 14" Dell laptop (for work), gym shoes, gym clothes, misc gym items (jump rope, lifting wraps, etc) and my lunch for work. Having tried several other packs from Thule, Lululemon and Arc'teryx, I've always found a few problems that were deal breakers. The most common being that I could not fit all my stuff in a bag that was convenient to carry around all day.

I've been using the Saxon every day for a week now and I really like it. I've been experimenting with how much of my stuff I can cram in there and believe that it's more versatile and spacious than my 30L Lululemon Assert and my 30L Thule Subterra. The best part is that it looks deceptively small and I don't feel like I am dragging around a massive backpack.

My chief compliant is that it lacks a true water bottle holder but the main compartment is big enough (and easy enough to access), that I can just toss it in there. I am very pleased with the organizational pockets and even started using the large pocket on the rear, which is meant to tuck in and hide away the back straps, as a convenient place to stow my knee sleeves or lifting belt.

It terms of quality, I'm no expert but it feels very solid. Even the zippers feel like they are top notch. If it starts to fall apart after a few months of use, I will update this review but I feel that it's worth every bit of $140(ish) USD they are asking for.

All-in-all, I'm very happy with my purchase and I plan on trying out a larger pack from Arcido for travel in the future.

It's an amazing bag with simplicity and spacious highly recommended for travelers who need a carry-on flight bag and walk alot. The padding makes it comfortable to carry all day and the size is just perfect. Currently my favourite bag to carry around when travelling. Good to know that I bought this bag myself, not paid to review :)

I have been using Arcido for about a year now.
My go to bag for everything I do!

Be it work gym travelling or groceries!

My bag had a problem with one of the straps and a got a reply and replacement from one of the founders on a Saturday evening!

Can't recommend this enough!

I purchased a product from Arcido's Indiegogo page and I thought I was getting myself into a risky situation (maybe losing my money and not getting a product back). However, I could not be more satisfied with the experience of interacting with this company. Their customer service is by far the best one I have experienced. It is very personalized and attentive, they use facebook messenger as a channel to their customers, and for this reason, they will answer any concern you have in a matter of minutes and sometimes even seconds! Now I am very happy that I chose one of their products.

Amazing company, great people, killer products!

Ordered the Arcido bag from their website for my son who is moving to Australia.

It is a great size and the compartments are so well organised. The material appears so strong. We had an issue with one of the zip pulls coming straight off. Contacted the Company via messenger and they ordered replacements free of charge which work perfectly. The backpack straps are great as they can be stored away behind the back padding when you want to use the handles.

This is well designed and the colour is very contemporary.

Look forward to seeing their new products.

Would definitely recommend to anybody.

I purchased the Faroe backpack recently after much research looking for the perfect, smart, light, front opening, carry on bag. I made the right choice - it's great, very well designed and made. Customer service from Arcido excellent. Very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Superb customer service, very pleased with the follow up I got! The Faroe bag is exactly what I was looking for and definitely recommend it.

After fair bit of research for carry-on options I found that Arcido Faroe bag is the best choice for me but I had couple of concerns. I have messaged Arcido and very quickly received answers to my questions. Bag arrived very fast and after seeing it I like it even more!

I've had the bag for a while now, absolutely no issues. I pack it to the brim a lot and the zippers never get stuck. It's pretty waterproof, but not completely if it's pouring. All in all just as good as all the bags twice the price.

Very solid construction, very good material
confort as expected even when almost full

plenty of room for almost 10kg of stuff :
- clothes : 2 shorts, 1 jeans with the belt, 2 polos, 4 shirts, sockets and boxers, and 1 pair of shoes
- my 14" laptop, a kobo e-reader and all the cables you need for your electronic stuff
- my toilet kit
even the guy at the boarding didn't believe from the outside that it would fit the security size limits. He asked me to put my bag in the size box and was really surprised that it fits exactly the limits to have my bag automatically authorized in the cabin :)

great product and i am definetly looking for your next innovation !

Needed a bag that would fit airline hand luggage regulations. Debated staying with Eastpak, or finding another bag. Wanted to keep the cost as cheap as possible, but stay to a reliable standard/quality. I fell upon Arcido! I was firstly interested in the Faroe, but the original bag caught my eye more for the messenger shoulder strap.

The guys have been great on needing any assistance too via Facebook.

I highly recommend the bags and the company!

Very practical and huge volume for a backpack that can be taken as a carry-on.

Excellent customer service as well from the Arcido team!

Now lets wait to see how it will stand the test of time.

Great customer support and great bag! I had some concerns whether or not I would receive it in time for my trip, but the guys at Arcido made sure that it would!
The bag itself, The Arcido Bag, is really good for its price. The looks of the bag are great, it can be used for quite formal business trips as well as your private holiday trips. I really like the different possible ways to carry it, and the side handle makes a great handle when I put the bag on a trolley. Thanks Arcido!

Service was phenomenal. The website sleak and easy to use. They sent Facebook messages with all the info I needed and even checked back to make sure I got it. Bag works great and is a quality product. Very pleased with my experience and look forward to seeing more from Arcido!

I came across the Arcido brand after looking online for travel backpacks to take on my holidays. My main criteria for the backpack was that it had to look good, have a lot of space, fit in cabin luggage on the stricktest airlines and be comfortable when walking around.
After watching the reviews on youtube I decided that it looked perfect for me to use on my holidays.
So I went about ordering the Arcido bag online, the whole process was quick and easy, I needed the bag soon so i dropped them a message on facebook and got a response instantly and the bag was with me in a couple of days. When it arrived it was exactly how it had been described, with all the accessories and well packaged, my only concern was the weight of the bag but this was expected as it is made using waterproof material.
I decided then to return the Arcido bag as being waterproof wasn't at the top of my priorities and get the Faroe backpack instead, (also by Arcido), which was more lightweight but had the same amount of space, after a few messages online I was sent over a free returns label and then placed order for the Faroe bag, which arrived within two days.
Now this bag was perfect, it had a lot of space (same as a suitcase), different compartments for easy access to my laptop and passport. As of now i have used this bag on two different holidays, a 3 nights break to Budapest and a 5 nights break to Albufeira. I also got myself 3 packing cubes of Amazon (large, medium and small) these are perfect to make full use of the bag, I managed to fit 12 T-shirts, 2 shirts, 6 shorts, a pair of jeans, flip flops, underwear and socks for the whole trip as well as my laptop, 2 books and camera on my trip to Albufeira.
I did have my concern as to whether the bag would struggle under a lot of weight but there was no problem, it felt just as comfortable when walking around with it. It fit perfectly in the airplane cabin on both easyjet and ryanair.

Usually when I visit a country I tend to book my flights few hours after check out so I could go grab something to eat and see anything i may have missed during the trip. This bag is perfect for this, as you can take it around with you everywhere without worrying about the noise and getting in peoples way unlike a suitcase.
I have had such a great experience with Arcido especially with delivery and returns and more importantly the product I would recommend them to everyone. I will be keeping an eye on any new products they release.

I purchased the Arcido Faroe bag and I feel like I was nothing without it. The space inside and the organisation of the bag will make any journey easier than before.
Also, the service I received when I was sceptical about the bag was incredible. Any question I threw at them on messenger, they replied within a minute, and the reply was detailed.
Shipping was extremely fast and the bag was packaged very well.
This is an amazing company, and I am sure the experience of all their bags will be the same!

Excellent customer service from Arcido, there was a slight issue with one of the bags I purchased and Will replaced the bag within a few days and responded to my email within hours. It was absolutely excellent service. The bags themselves are well made, innovative and ideal for someone who likes optimised travel. Can really recommend.
