I have been in contact with Arcido ever since I preordered the combo bags. Let me tell you they have the best customer service. They always kept me in the loop and assured me of delively before my trip. Its rare to get this level of customer service. Even if I didnt like the bags I would keep it just because of their customer service. I have baught alot of backbacks in the past and this one is my favorite by far. Cant wait to use it on my trip next week. Thanks Arcido

Fantastic! I had a wonderful experience with Arcido. Their service and communication with me throughout the purchasing process (and during delivery) was impeccable - even when I threw them a curveball and asked if I would look like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle carrying the Akra backpack (I don't, thankfully!). The guys over at Arcido answered all my questions with aplomb and were very helpful.

I supported their akra and vaga bags indiegogo campaign and not only did they barely got it late (with a good reason) but their bags have great quality. Joining with take they have an awesome customer service! 5* thank you!

Very good build quality, already used on a long weekend and about to spend 3 weeks in Italy with it too. Extremely lightweight & comfortable to carry. Just about the right amount of pockets in the right places. Packing cubes are a perfect fit and make organisation so easy, even with a fleece on top there's still plenty of room to spare inside.

Couple points:
- The zips on the hip belts are too tight to really use, not much bigger than a credit card and needs a little extra material to be useful.
- The top handle on the Akra is chunky and sturdy but the Vaga handle is a bit small & weak in comparison.

Delivered when they said it would & nothing missing from my order, very happy and look forward to using this a lot in the future.

The Saxon back is the best!

I bought a Saxon to use for short trips as I regularly go away for trips at the weekend and need a bag which will take 2-3 days clothes. Saxon is perfect for this! I wasn't sure if it was going to be small but it certainly isn't. I also like that I can use it for day-to-day use as it equally isn't too big. I've also been really impressed with Arcido's customer service on Facebook! I'll keep an eye out for the other products they bring out.

I bought 2 backpacks via the indigogo Campaign. They arrived last week and the first look is very good. The materials have a really good quality and the stitching is made really well.

Both Packs have many very very nice features and are well thought of.

Their customer service is very responsive and careing.

I preordered the Akra and Vaga bundle and it arrived in good condition. I told Arcido on Facebook Messenger that I would need the bags before the 22nd of September and they took care of informing me about the status of the order and when they saw that the products were delivered, they wrote me back asking how I feel about the bags. They have a great customer service.
I am using the Vaga day to day and it is a great bag. The materials feel very good and I have all the needed compartments.
I will try the Akra when I will travel, but I already can say that the bag is very spatious.

I pre-ordered the Akra and Vaga on the website back in June and it finally arrived. I'm extremely happy with it as it seems very well designed. I'm looking forward to taking it away. I've also been very impressed with the customer service from Felix on Facebook chat. He's answered my questions fast! Thanks!

...saying that I did my research on 1-bag-travel and then some. I've looked at every backpack in the ±35L category, be it Kickstarter or well-known international brand. And every time I found a great bag I was brick-walled by either "out of stock", "shipping starts next year" or "we don't (and won't) ship to Europe" labels.
That's why I've been bummed out, when once again, stumbling on Arcido bags I saw "shipping soon", and I had already a holiday planned in about three weeks time. But what set them apart was a little note beside saying "Contact us if you're traveling soon and want your backpack in time". I thought to myself: "Hey, that's me!". Ten minutes later I had been assured that the bag will arrive on time by a very welcoming person and I placed the order. One of the best experiences with customer support in recent memory.
Now, the real stress tests will be performed a couple of weeks later while on a trip to Barcelona, but for now, I can say Arcido Akra backpack bundle with accessories is a bargain — quality materials through and through, great looks, a good amount of organization for every pack-loving-freak, waist- and chest- straps, and it's half the price of many similar backpacks, especially when you throw in packing cubes and bags that come in the bundle.
All in all the experience with Arcido was amazing, and I'm looking forward to checking out their backpack on the road!

Excellent news, bag going to be shipped "anytime this month". bugger I am leaving for a holiday that travel bag would be great for =( but will it arrive?

Reached out through the book of faces messenger and was pleasantly surprised to be talking with a real person. That real person was helpful, informative, decisive and able to steer me towards solutions.
We arranged for a faster courier option that I'd pay a small amount for. No problem since this is above and beyond, fair is fair.
Conversation went well, tracking number came up and boom it was in the world mail!
... tracking number didn't work. Sorted that out with a quick chat.
... still not working but since I was busy I left it.
... in no time at all it had actually arrived in Wellington, New Zealand.

Reached out to let them know it had arrived, since this is a new process and it was a new distribution company. Arcido were open about needing to tweak the process since it turns out my bag didn't travel via super fast World teleportation but just a very fast service. hence why the tracking number didn't work.
Refund for extra sent immediately and everything is Tu meke.

Its not how quick a company responds or the lip service. its the quality and genuine assistance you get that makes it great.

I was looking for a nice carry-on backpack and daypack as well.
I reached out to Arcido over the messenger to get some further information. I usually don't do that but since they offered this service and I actually tried and...
...I was incerdibly happy by how they responded and how fast they were. It felt like a real face to face conversation. They answered all questions and made sure I will get the bags as soon as possible.
I'm all in all really happy with the service and I'm already recommending to friends and family about the products and the company. 5/5 for sure.

As I am planning on traveling Denmark soon, I reached out to arcido for sending me the Arcido Akra as soon as possible. They responded immediately and I unwrapped my paket a few days later.

Since the release date was pushed once or twice I reached out to Arcidos customer service before and then they responded just minutes later as well.

Besides being blown again by the product itself I also want to give a big shout out to their fast customer service. I always felt welcome in contacting them and also got a very nice respond each time!

I became really intrigued by Arcido as a brand back in June 2018 when they started making the Akra. The bag seemed like a great bag and was receiving solid reviews. I ended up pre-ordering the bag.

However, as typically happens with the kickstarter process, the Arcido team pushed their estimated ship date back about 2 weeks. While this isn't an issue in most cases (especially when communicated ahead of time, as the Arcido Team did), I happened to be traveling right around that time and had worry that my Akra would not arrive in time.

I reached out to the team via Facebook, and they promptly provided me with a couple of different options to lessen the strain on my end (discount, expedited shipping, etc). We both waited until closer to the date when I decided to ask for a refund due to the tight timeline, and they processed it immediately. All the while with constant communication from them to do what they could to make it work.

So while I'm not an Arcido customer, their products seem top quality and I can absolutely vouch for their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure happy customers.

First of all, the customer service is fantastic. Just wanted to get that out of the way first. I am a very happy owner of the Arcido fareo. I am very happy the build quality is amazing, the bag looks fantastic and best of all it fits my purpose perfectly... A carry on ruck sack which can store enough clothes and essentials (for a 20 year old male) for 4 days. I am able to fit two pairs of jeans, one hoody, 4 t shirts 4 pairs of socks and underwear plus a large wash bag with soaps razors shaving cream beard trimmer and a few other items. And that's without even opening the back laptop area (which has still got plenty of space) and the two extra pouches on the front and the back. I paid 99.99 gbp for the bag and received a 9.99 rebate meaning I only spent 90 pounds for an amazing bag. The only criticism I have is Arcido didn't accidentally send me two ;).

The quality & thoughtful design features of my Saxon bag are exceptional. This bag is perfect to use as a carry-on or as a daily bag for work.

I am a bag junky & have bags from Peak Design, Nomatic, Patagonia, Arc'teryx & many other companies. This bag is my go to bag for urban adventures & 2-5 day trips.

The materials used on are all top notch with durability being unsurpassed. After extended use bag still looks like new with frequent complements given to me by others.

My purchase of this pack is one of the best I have ever made & I can 100% reccomend purchasing any product from Arcido, they are one of the best up & coming brands out there.

I bough one of these bags when I wanted to take hand luggage that didn’t look like a suitcase.
I’ve had it for more than 2 years now and it’s been with me all over the world and still going strong!
I’d highly recommend one of these bags as they are so versatile and hard wearing.

Ordered the Faroe bag from Arcido. No complaints as the bag is perfect as a carry-on. Seems well-built, and looks good as well. The passport pocket on the back is really useful.

I've been looking for a good "extended weekend trip" backpack for some time, but nothing quite made sense, so when I stumbled over the Arcido Faroe on YouTube I was pleasantly surprised.

The price is great for what you get, which is a perfect carry-on backpack, with great space inside for clothes and toiletries, and the laptop pocket is perfect for my 10" tablet, so for air travel and short trips this backpack is all you need.

Couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service, this is my first experience where Messenger was used for interacting with the company, and I found it to be very easy and pleasant. A low bar for asking quick questions, which is always great for the customer!

All in all, I would definitely buy a Arcido product again!
