I love the Acra. It's big, light and good-looking. The well thought-out bags for laptop, cables and accessories work great. In the front part I can store my camera and accessories and a lot of other things.
I can highly recommend the Acra!

I have the Arcido Vaga and the Oxna which are great carry-ones. I have dragged the Oxna through the Middle East and it stands up very well. The straps are designed to make carrying relatively pleasant, the internal organization is superb, the laptop safely secured and protected and the service rapid (and I mean, super fast) and very helpful. This is a first rate product which comes with excellent service.

I've seen many reviews online about travel backpacks. As I needed one, I went for the Arcido Faroe bundle option. It came fairly fast (live in UK) with no hussle and no damage.
Once I opened and touch the fabric and tried to experiment with the interior I was amazed by the quality. It's really premium and no one can say anything bad about it with the first look!!
I could go on and on about the features, the clever laptop sleeve ( I managed to put a 17" laptop just by extending the sleeve a little bit ), but I think everyone can just see a video about it. 2 things only before I can conclude this review.
Firstly, the customer service is one of the top I have ever had in my life, as I asked many questions and got my answers in a few hours!
FYI get the cubes as well, if you dont have some already. They are really good, and you can organize your stuff easier!!! :-)
Secondly, I will update my review once I complete my first trip with it, but I can recommend it to anyone who needs a luxury/premium/top quality travel backpack for their long/short trips!!!!!

The Oxna is the second backpack (first was the Akra) I've backed with Arcido and I have to say they're both excellent products. The reason I'm writing a review here is because, not only are the backpacks fantastic, the Arcido team is on top of their game with everything from timely and honest communication to delivering what they've advertised.
As for the Oxna portion of this review I find it excellent for my needs. I travel a TON for work and I'm constantly looking for backpacks that are airport travel friendly and this is one of the best I've found.
First off it's very comfortable to wear. The straps seem to be set at just the right width for me which definitely adds to the comfort.
Unhooking the straps and placing them in the bag is a breeze.
The laptop area is quick and easy to access and the smaller misc holder pouches are well placed.
All the zippers feel high quality and the stitching seems to be top notch.
I cannot vouch for the waterproof-ness of the pack as I haven't exposed it to rain yet.
Also the mesh net on the outside is a good idea but I have not utilized that feature yet either.
I use it on a daily basis and would recommend it as well for multi-day travel.
Anyways, good job on another awesome backpack.

Following a great deal of research, and swayed a little by glowing Kickstarter reviews for previous Arcido products, I made the plunge and purchased the Oxna.

It really is an outstanding piece of craftsmanship. Beautifully lightweight, slick construction, superlative materials and a huge amount of thought and consideration in the design and build.

It was meant to be heading to Johannesburg in November 2019 - as our first big foreign excursion, but events have conspired against us! I look forward enormously to giving the Oxna it’s first foray to far-flung lands!

I did a lot of research before purchasing my new backpack and am very happy with my decision to buy the Arcido Faroe. I use it for work and work travel and it looks really professional and cool at the same time.
It's a big bag so it fits a lot when I need it to and is still great when I only have a few things in it.
As I'm in Australia I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my planned trip so I used FB Messenger to communicate with support and they were great every step of the way. The bag arrived in time and so overall very happy with the product and service.

I travel 3 weeks per month for business. After 18 months, the top handle pulled apart and stitching for the shoulder straps was coming loose. To top it off, the 5 year warranty is a joke. I was offered a 25L 'new design' bag for the 35L old design that I bought in Sept. 2017. When I offered to even pay the difference for the correct size (you know size matters!), I got a lecture about how to pack my bag (how to 'use the corners') and telling me it will fit better in the overheads. Really? The old bag worked even on Embraer RJ's. This not a workhorse product or warranty!

Getting sick and tired of lugging around a heavy shoulder bag as my carry-on luggage, I decided to get an Arcido Saxon backpack and wow, what a difference it has made! The customer support team were super-friendly and helpful in ensuring delivery arrived the next day in time for my flight.
At the airport, the small pocket on top is perfect for not only passport/boarding passes, but also for dumping the entire contents of your pockets into prior to security screening. The easy access of the laptop pocket makes the usually stressful procedure extremely smooth and hence this backpack well worth getting. Highly recommended!

I took a lot of time to pick a bag pack before going with this one. For a while my top choice was the uber popular Osprey Farpoint 40. Here is why I am very happy I went with this one:

- It looks way tidier than similar-volume bag packs. I can go to work with it and I won't raise eyebrows (I never do why needs 40l of stuff at work?. This is a great plus because I've been able to get on several RyanAir and WizzAir flights without raising bells for my luggage being too big, although in reality it fits as much as a regular sized carry-on (which nowadays you have to pay for on those uber-lowcost airlines)

- The departments are very cleverly split. It's great to have your laptop easily accessible and balancing the weight in the back, whilst all your clothes stay in the middle. The small pockets here and there really help you reach all you need easily.

- It's very lightweight, at 0.9kg much lighter than a comparable bag e.g. the Osprey (I think it's 1.4kgs). This makes a difference

My only gripe with this bag is that I wish they had added the option for waist support (so you have extra straps going around your waist like typical travel bag packs do). Because you can fit so much in this one, it can get heavy, and then it is tiring to carry it round. It would have been less tiring had it had the waist support. Also, it's handy to have waist pockets!

Excellent communication on Messenger. I had a couple of questions which were each answered promptly within hours. Good communication regarding the confirmation of order and delivery. My Akra arrived via DPD delivery. My bag and accessories are as described and I am delighted with the quality. I am a very satisfied customer.

I'm very happy with my Arcido Akra backpack. I've used it on weekend trips and also 1-week trips -- it's an excellent carry-on backpack with ample space for all my gear. I dislike checking in backpacks and have had difficulties finding a good quality carry-on that lets me carry enough gear for a trip. The Akra is definitely the solution to my problems. I find it very spacious and comfortable to carry even when fully loaded. I also really like the compartments, making it really easy to stow small items. The only extra feature I would like is a padded camera compartment. I still haven't found a carry-on backpack that has one. I tend to carry the backpack along with a small camera bag which isn't ideal. But other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the make and design of this backpack.

I had to get a new backpack (suitable for carry-on) for several international 3-day trips, and after some research stumbled onto Arcido. As I am fairly small-built and tend to pack very efficiently, I decided on the Saxon as the appropriate choice, but I am certain that the other larger bags would also have done the job in any event.

After some reassurances, it was delivered in time for my first trip, and I was extremely impressed with its capacity and structure which simply allows for more things to be packed into it than into bags with an apparently equivalent capacity. It seems solidly constructed, and the separate laptop compartment at the back of the bag is a god-send for clearing airport security and for retrieving my documents/laptop when I've packed the main compartment to the brim. It is a little large for anything less than an overnighter, but then you'll have no issues with space whatsoever.

I would heartily recommend Arcido to anyone who is on the lookout for carry-on backpacks (and indeed, I have been doing that to friends who have been asking 'how does everything fit inside there?').

I purchase the Akra and Vaga from the Arcido website with express delivery option. I received excellent customer service from Felix to make sure I got my bag within the time I required. When I thought I had a delivery date issue he investigated further with the international delivery company and local delivery service to make sure it would be on time.
I received my bag as assured and have no hesitation of purchasing future products from them.

My husband has been looking for a long time for the "perfect" packing system for carry on international travel. We travel to Mexico frequently and avoid checking bags 90% of the time and are planning a 6 week trip to Chile and Easter Island. New bags were the first step and Jeff is the picky one so his bag was first. I am so happy with the entire process with Arcido. From the initial questions I had, through the shipping and the happy husband when he opened the box it was all perfect. Quality is great and the bag is on a "test" trip to Mexico right now. I am so confident in the performance on this trip that I am ordering a second bag for myself today. Most of all big thank you to Felix - he has been great!

Just took a 5 day trip to Hawaii and used the Akra bundle. I packed the crap out of it and found that it help up well. It was comfortable while being so full and the packing cubes helped keep all my clothes organized. It says that its 35L, but the measurements seem to be actually 40L (unless I'm looking at the wrong bag.)

My main complaint is, you can really only utilize the main compartment after packing it. Also, there isn't really any organization pockets for cords, dongles, etc.

For now, those are my comments. I think I have to use it a couple more times and work out an organization scheme that will fit my needs.

I have been looking for a decent travel bag for some time including those from both Tortuga and Nomatic. I then got an email from Amazon informing me of a deal on the Arcido Faroe and whilst interested realised it wasn't exactly what i was looking for. Whilst on their site i saw the Akra and understood that it had evolved from the Faroe. With its improved suspension system and additional though limited pocket options I decided this was probably the bag for me. The only problem was in less than one week after deciding i wanted one i was off to the USA for a 2 week trip. I messaged Arcido and they assured me that given the time available if i ordered no later than the Thursday evening (11th October) it would be with me in time for my trip on the 17th. I duly ordered one and had an email/message telling me that the order had been received, actioned and passed on to DPD for delivery. I checked a couple of times on the DPD site after clicking through from the reference given on the order form. However it appeared that DPD could not find the order. By now it was the weekend and having heard nothing i eventually texted Arcido about 8pm on Sunday 14th advising that i had heard nothing from DPD and was unable to find the parcel with the tracking number given hoping that they would help me out the following morning. Surprise surprise! within 10 minutes i had a response from them asking if i'd used the dpd.co.uk site and if not to try that. I had indeed been on the wrong site and was able to locate the item on the UK site and see that it had been received on the 11th but there were no details regarding its whereabouts. I duly texted back Arcido and told them the information and mentioning my concern that the bag would be with me in time for my trip given the DPD tracking data said nothing re shipping. Arcido responded immediately that they would check with the delivery company the Monday morning but were confident that the bag would be with me in time. Then 10 minutes later i got another text from them (this is about 10pm Sunday evening) advising that they had looked at the DPD site and were also a little concerned with the lack of information and as such they had decided in good faith to send me a second bag via Amazon to arrive on the 16th as a back up just in case the first bag did not arrive in time. They asked that i refuse delivery from Amazon should the first bag arrive or if both should be received then to ship one back to them at their cost. You can't beat that for customer service. In the end the first bag arrived today (15th) so the need to send me the second bag was indeed overkill but i can't commend their customer service enough. If as I expect the bag lives upto my expectations then coupled with the outstanding customer service I can't recommend Arcido highly enough. Here's wishing them all the success in the future, they deserve it.

I was in touch with Arcido support before making my purchase and they were very helpful in answering all my questions regarding shipment, applicable discounts, how to clean the bags, etc, etc.
They were super helpful and fast in replying.
I've already used my Akra on 2 long weekends and it is really wonderful. The hip straps are very helpful in redistributing the weight and I am able to carry it around town for many hours without strain.
The packing cubes and compression straps are very practical and perfectly optimize the space. I highly recommend this bag and really look forward to traveling with it.

I wanted the bundle for an upcoming trip and they managed to deliver very quickly. Customer service has been excellent.

The backpacks are really well made as well, couldn't ask for more in build quality and materials and the design is plenty of nice features.

Ordered the Arcido Akra after seeing Chase Reeves' YouTube review of it. Akra is just as smart and comfortable as Chase described. (In fact, it's even a bit more convenient, because Arcido incorporated early review comments to extend the zip of the laptop compartment, enabling it to open completely.) The size of the pack is perfect - small enough to even meet Iceland Air's carry-on dimensions, yet large enough to accommodate everything I need for an extended stay. The area for the laptop is ingenious! The fact that the laptop retainer easily transfers over to the Vega - brilliant! For someone like me, who travels for a week and needs an effective daypack solution for a laptop during that week, this Akra/Vega combo is perfect. The custom packing cubes with their small, integrated zip pockets, make short work of packing up! Bravo, Arcido!
