Ordered a croydex mirror and have been chasing its wherabouts for 2 weeks. I've made 4 calls , been put on long holds only to be told they can't trace its whereabouts. I was told 3 times they would call me back but didn't and in the last 2 calls was advised that is has been mislaid in the warehouse and given no assurances as to when I'll receive it. Appalling service.

I ordered a bath end panel from this company, (costing nearly £70 inc. delivery), it was the only one I could find that fitted our awkwardly sized bath!

I received a confirmation email from them, but several days later had received no further contact from them. I'd at least have expected an email to say the order was being processed by this point, if not one stating it had been dispatched.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before making a purchase, as they appear to be some kind of scam, taking people's money and then not fufulling orders, or sending out poor quality items.

I called them and they informed me a refund couldn't be issued by them, it had to go via email to their support team who don't have a telephone number. What's the point of an after sales team that can't do anything in regards to orders?
I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, not surprisingly there wasn't one available, but all of a sudden he was happen to authorise a refund over the phone. Only he wasn't, because on hanging up I received an email to say I needed to send an email to confirm my order cancellation and request a refund.

I think this is a common trend with the many people who have been conned by this company by reading other reviews! I will request the refund via email but I would guess I will never see my money again.

I think any reviews more that one star for AQVA Bathrooms are probably written by people who are linked to this scam, in a poor attempt to look like a legitimate company.

Please, please avoid ordering from them!!

The description is for a back to wall close coupled toilet and shows dimensions and features of the complete toilet set but what i received was just the toilet pan.
After receiving the goods, i thought that they made a mistake and went back to the website and saw further down the a page that the cistern a and seat were optional extras. Surely they should have just sown a picture of the PAN ONLY as other sites do, and not the complete set. THIS IS MISLEADING and DISHONEST makes bad business relationships.

My advise is that they should amend their ad and make it clear somewhere near the price or at the checkout that they seat and cistern are not included.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Item advertised as being in stock, they took my money, then emailed me the following morning to tell me the item had been discontinued. I then called the following day after that, to check on the refund, to be told it had been processed, 4 days later i finally received an email saying the refund had been processed and i'd have to wait up to 7 working days for the money. Very poor, very slow service. If its not in stock it shouldnt be advertised as available and they certainly should NOT have taken my money.

Lovely shower screen looked perfect until after a handful of uses the chrome hinge bracket connecting the 2 glass panels snapped. Have tried contacting but getting ignored this has been dragging on for 4 months

Absolutely do not buy through this company. For a start they never ever answer phones. And you’re lucky if you ever get a reply to email. After reading similar reviews I can’t understand how they’re even in business still. The only thing prompt about them is to take money from your account . Waited four weeks for product that apparently was always on its way. Only to be told some wasn’t available and others hadn’t even been sent. Absolutely pathetic

Horrendous- still not received an item I ordered in November. Customer service entirely unhelpful. I would never use this company again and am now taking further action to recoup lost funds.

Koop hier niets, de man heeft geen producten. Na een maand wachten en proberen contact met mij op te nemen, heb ik geen geld en ook geen douchebak. De werkwijze is zodanig dat artikelen die niet leverbaar zijn worden weergegeven, aquabathrooms bestelt artikelen bij een Nederlandse leverancier waarmee u zelf contact moet opnemen, je doet toch niets. Ik heb contact opgenomen met een advocaat, een dergelijke praktijk is onaanvaardbaar, als je ook bent opgelicht, laat het me weten. Als ik geen restitutie ontvang, zullen we proberen dit bedrijf te sluiten, zodat ze niet weer iemand bedriegen.

Very poor. I would not recommend buying anything from this business. I purchased an expensive tap which is now faulty. The product came with a 10 year guarantee, however, as the product is apparently discountinued, they will not provide me with a replacement. The customer service is appalling and I am now left with an item that is faulty and a company that is completely uninterested. I would not recommend using them. Very very poor

Placed an order for a Acure Shower, and received it in about a week. No complaints, at all. Prompt Service, would use again should the need arise.

Perfect Transaction
Found Aqva after being dealt with by dealing with Victoria Plumbing,s Robots which they use for their customer service which as you can imaging was a total waste of time. What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with a Real Company with Real People for Customer Service. I called to request availability of an Oak Toilet Seat 6 Days before Christmas to finish my bathroom restoration. I was asked if I was happy to be put on hold while they called the Supplier to check stock and within a couple of minutes was advised that it was indeed available but normally in 7 days but they would see what they could do. I orderd the Seat and 4 days later (two days before Christmas ) it arrived Well Packaged and ready to fit. It looks great fitted and it was a perfect transaction - quickly delivered and my questions were answered promptly by the team. Many thanks, will happily use again.

Ordered a fire door, was delivered outside the front entrance.never actually received it.in their eyes they are authorized to leave it anywhere they want but inside the address.

I regret not reviewing these comments prior to placing my order! I made a toilet purchase for a project on 22/11/23, and to my dismay, there is still no sign of it two weeks later. Today, after enduring a considerable hold time, I was informed that the company has no information on the item's whereabouts. They assured me they would email me within 24 hours. This is unacceptable; if the item is out of stock, it should be clearly stated on your website. Your commitment to fast delivery has evidently fallen short, causing a significant delay in my project. I will not be choosing your services in the future, and I caution others against using this company.

Great customer service. Cabinet and sink delivered but sadly the cabinet was damaged- new cabinet delivered in perfect condition now 👍 Happy customer, good communication, great products 😀 Thanks AQVA

Don't waste your time with this company. Placed an order for VitrA cisterns & flush plates on the 12th. Was informed that the items were discontinued. Placed another order on the 16th and then told the flush plates were discontinued. Updated the order. Was told items would be delivered on the 28th. Surprise surprise, no delivery on the 28th. On the 29th we are told that they haven't received a reply from the supplier, no tracking details or any indication of delivery dates!

Save yourself a lot of hassle and time wasting and go else where! 1 star is really too much for this joke of a company!

BUYERS BEWARE !!
Bought a white toilet seat.
In August 2023 within a few weeks it started to turn yellow. Asked for a replacement.
Was told new stock not coming in until November 2023.
Now (21/11/2023) they're ignoring all my attempts to get an update on the replacement.

Buyer be warned!
Ordered taps - delivery 2-3 days heard nothing for a week so chased by phone to be told they are out of stock. Had to confirm in writing I required a refund! Was told would take upto 3 days on two seperate occasions, then via email upto 7 days. Eventually got refund after going through credit card company insurance 3 weeks later!!
Would never use company again or recommend.

Smart and attractive website, full of lovely goods, that works well and lures one in. Problem - whilst shopping for a unit that was labelled 'last few left' the delivery time was 'usually 3 to 5 working days', delivery price £34.95. At checkout delivery time was '5 to 7 days approx.' and delivery price had doubled to over £60. After I had purchased the unit it was now 'in stock soon', delivery time 3 weeks. I was misled so got refund through Paypal, like those before me I wish I had read reviews first. This company advertises stock it hasn’t got. Avoid shopping here.

Stay clear of this 'company'. Ordered a bathroom extractor Jan 23, it arrived but upon fitting found it did not work. I informed Aqva that i was returning said product and requested a refund.
Aqva deny receiving the returns and refusing to refund me. I have tracked package through Royal Mail to a time and date but still they refuse to refund.

Avoid this company - I paid for the items in my basket and the correct delivery charge, but they contacted me requesting a further £77.00 for delivery. When challenged on the lack of transparency regarding their delivery prices/policy, I did not receive any further emails from them. I had to escalate to Paypal to get my money back.
