I must say this is probably the worst customer experiance I have ever had. The product I wanted was out of stock however took me ages to get my money back. Despite chasing daily it took ages to get what I was owed. I cancelled the whole order as one big element out of stock and despite getting a confirmation e mail back, they still delivered the toilet. I must have sent 20 e mails, just be aware, the price is good however the customer service is shocking, it did not need to be that stressful and for all the problems just offers £15 good will gesture………..good price but need a lot of work on after sales care

Firstly the company only sent half our order, they didn’t include the toilet cistern. We had to request this to come separately which held up our plumber. Secondly the toilet seat arrived cracked in half - yet they wouldn’t refund or exchange cause we didn’t open the box quick enough for them. Also ignored my last email. Won’t ever use again.

The two lads who carried out our bathroom install at Grange Avenue, were both very professional and polite. The work was of a very high standard with the completion being excellent. All the way through the process they always put our needs first and asked where to place varying items ie. Towel rail, shower etc... Thank you very much for a great competed job.

So very upset with this Company. I ordered by mistake a set of taps for my bath which unbeknown to be came either with a spout or without, yes I got the ones without! Due to illness my Builder could not start the works straight away, I had looked in the box and thought the spout was underneath the packaging. When I emailed the Company they said they would not exchange them as it was out of the 14days return policy.
On what planet does a Company not exchange when it means more money for them (I also offered to pay the postage and the ones with a spout are more expensive) and hey that old fashioned thing called Customer Service. After lots of emails the old line is still pulled out ‘do not take back returned items after 14 day!!!
Now I have expensive taps I can’t use. I will not be buying the new ones from the Company and will never use them again. Where has common sense and care to the customer gone, sadly it isn’t to be found here.

Aqua had the same brand of loo seats as the ones that needed replacing. I ordered two and when I did have to telephone with a query the staff were polite and helpful. Aqua provided an efficient and prompt service.

Communications was good and Aqva answered emails promptly. We were informed when the item had left with a tracking number.
The item was well packed for sending and arrived within reasonably time (1 week). I think Aqva is a good company - I've used them before and would use them again.

Product is great and delivery was perfect

I would give zero. We ordered a toilet which was delivered but missing all the chrome parts. We hadn’t opened the boxes as we didn’t want to damage anything and trusted the company to send the complete package. When our bathroom fitter opened the packages and we found we were missing parts we instantly contacted the company but because it was over the 14 day period they were instantly uninterested and refused to help. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Buyer beware this company will take your money, not deliver your full order and refuse to engage at all

Very poor service. Ordered a toilet from AQVA and the seat arrived broken so I contacted them instantly to ask for a replacement which was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address on several occasions. When I finally received and attempted to fit the new toilet seat I found that this was for a similar but smaller toilet so does not fit correctly. AQVA have refused to send me the correct seat that I ordered as the one they sent has been fitted. Would not ever think to measure the seat before beginning installation as assumed the suppliers would not send the incorrect product.

I ordered a Bath Front from AQVA which arrived with two of its corners damaged and crumbling. I called their customer services and was told to email the support email. Support email just bounces back.

I was really impressed with Aqva.

I ordered a bath, and it was dispatched next day. I was away that day, and called the company, and they were able to change the delivery date. Even though the bath I originally got sent had a few scratches, the delivery company helped and a new one was sent the very next day. Really happy with their service and will be using them again in the future.

Good value, item arrived in good time, well packaged and as described.

Everything good with delivery. Just waiting for the taps to be fitted
