Have ordered live food from them on a number of occasions - bit hit or miss on the 'aliveness' of the daphnia.

But tried to log into my account a few times over the last 10 days doesn't appear to be working. Neither does the registration. So reluctant to order until fixed.

No problems. Will use again.
Ordered some live pond food - arrived within a week and all alive. Even had a little cool pack to help to keep the little critters alive. Fab thank you.

Daphnia came carefully packaged and alive delivery was very fast , great service will definitely be placing more orders.

Always good products and a reliable service. I received a couple of bags of live food today Daphnia and Blood worm which were packed perfectly including a chiller pad.They all arrived fresh and healthy which me and my fish are very greatful for Thank you 😊

I would just like to thank Amber and the team at Aquamania who were all very patient and accommodating with me and my partner when we visited on Sunday.
We walked out with 2 geckos and Amber helped us throughout the process.

Ordered frozen food, came next day, completely thawed out. Immediately reported to them, sent photos as requested by them, as soon as I did that they went silent. Do not use, they don't package their deliveries well enough to remain frozen and the items can't be refrozen once thawed and still be safe to use. Wasn't even that warm when they came through and I opened the package immediately once it arrived. I assume it wasn't completely frozen before they packed. The mice in the bag were covered in blood which had leaked out. The frozen fish food pack had popped in places and the contents dribbled out. Refused partial refund for the unusable items, no offer to even send out replacements so they must know they can't efficiently pack and send frozen food. Other reviews also mention being ignored when there is a problem with a purchase. Awful company. Should have checked reviews before wasting over £30.

Do not buy from this Store unless you can see a sign or are told that you cannot return goods unless you are exchanging like for like, if you you don’t have this information first ,you will be charged 20% for a restocking fee which we only saw on the receipt after it was pointed out to us when we returned a Pump. So instead of getting our £49.99 back we got £39.99 . Obviously it is too late once you have purchased as
that was the first time we actually saw the terms and conditions and truly does anyone these days look around to look for a sign.it’s the only store I have been in with these terms and I’m 78.

Shrimp arrived dead and dying absolutely disgraceful. Stay well clear, we will never buy from there again a total waste of money these shrimp should never have been sent out.

Beyond stressed out at this place. Sold me a tank far too small for my snake and wouldn't let me return it or swap it. The tank was £200. It didn't have all the items in it which it was suppose too.
No help and no support from the shop. Just 200 down and a stressed snake.

Wish i had read this before I got Frozen food by post!! Awful packaging, all arrived defrosted in a lump at the bottom of the bags. Again as I have seen on here Manager email very rude and apparently I can still use it with the help of a Hammer!!! Well fit for purpose !!!! And Royal mails fault ,so not our problem !!!! Avoid

Hi recently visit Aquamania. We were served by Amber as we were unsure which tropical fish to mix in with our others. She was really helpful and patient. She talked through managed the tank and what foods were best. Excellent service thanks Amber 😊

Avoid this store.
Ordered online but poorly packaged live food split inside, squashed & disgusting.
Also very old live food as all were dead & smelt awful.
Had to open paypal dispute after phoning 3 times & being ignored.
Idiot only refunded 1 item via PayPal and not the whole amount owed and now I can't dispute it!
Managers very rude, abusive & knows some fowl colourful language.
Avoid this company.

I ordered 5 bags of daphnia that are supposed to contain about 100 individuals in each. They came quickly but contained only 10 daphnia in total. They did contain a similar number of other invertebrates. I have complained by email twice but still no response 2 weeks later. Perhaps they will respond to this?

Purchased river shrimp and daphnia. All arrived alive and well-packaged. Fast delivery. Fair prices. Couldn't ask for more.

I had ordered 6 bags of baby brine shrimp last week. They were posted on the 18th but after waiting around 4 days there was no sign of them. I contacted the company and they replied quickly apologised and said they would get in contact with royal mail.

Turns our royal mail had lost the package. They then told me they would send me more the next day first class. This package arrived just fine the next day.

The guy looking after the fish knows his stuff. Advised us on what to get for our new small tank and didn't try to oversell.
