Their customer service was fine, just they obviously don't have their act together in terms of their portal, system, billing, etc. I left because they don't automatically bill, then i only notice once... Vis mer
I've been using AQL for 13 years for my NPO's incoming landline calls. Never had any complaints against them but their price hike in June has basically priced us out as a customer, i.e. suddenly a £16... Vis mer

How very strange that others give bad reviews of AQL. I've had first 2 then 3 numbers with them for over 10 years and found it a 5 star service. I'm talking about their £2 a month phone numbers, call... Vis mer

They sell a mail forwarding service, but fail to advise the people paying for the service when the forwarded e:mail is rejected. And they don't care about receiving money by false pretences.

We have used AQL for a few years now and we can’t fault it. It’s a fantastic service that enables us to section our data and text groups.

Despite a very attentive support staff, the firm have decided not to meet their obligation to reliably forward e:mail to Yahoo! Although Yahoo! advise when e:mails forwarded to them are not accepted because of their inability to cope with the load, AQL (unlike, for instance, Tutamail) have decided not to advise their victims of this disruption to their contractual obligation. furthermore, AQL were aware their e:mails were being rejected by Yahoo! 3 weeks before I noticed, but they did not advise me of the breach of contract. Unfortunately based on my misconception of AQL's integrity I have embedded use of their 'services' in my life management procedures, and am finding it very difficult to unentangle myself from them, making it necessary to go on paying them for the part of the service which does seem to be working.

13/2/2025 I have been trying to sort out an account statement with them since September 2021! Even though when I login to their system the charges aren't shown, every month they send me an account statement showing that I'm in debt??
19/2/2025 Following my above review aql have had their developers working on the problem and I'm now told that they have fixed the problem. I'm revisiting my review at the request of aql and I am ready to admit that they have pulled the stops out to fix the problem. However as I have told them while they have finally fixed the problem why did I have to write this review to get any attention to my problem?
I await my next statement and hopefully I won't have a need to return here!

They keep me posted every step of the way. All queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. whether it`s a fault or the porting of numbers.

I have been with AQL for over 20 years, this recent review is typical of the service I have received over the years. Not being technical, I found it hard to explain on a ticket, what I wanted to achieve. The phone was answered quickly by a clear speaking gentleman, who was knowledgeable and helpful and explained what I needed to put on the ticket. The call took less than a couple of minutes. I raised a ‘medium’ ticket, which was completed by AQL and solved within a couple of hours. I was very impressed by the efficiency and speed carried out by AQL, in what, was a non urgent request.
