The item I ordered was too big. I contacted Support via email several times to initiate an exchange with no response.

Delivery was very quick; jacket fits great. Too warm to wear presently though.

Since I first did a Kickstarter with Apricoat I have loved their coats. Well made and enough pockets to make a pocket junkie like me happy

Still not received my order tant I purchase 2 month ago. The website said custom fees are included, wrong! I had to pay but still no delivery yet. I paid for the protection for the delivery, useless if nobody is answering back. Multiples mails to apricoat and still no answers
Don't trust them, they take your money and send nothing.
I made an order for a backpack on their website. The backpack never arrived. They never replied to any of the emails. After some time they had their website down for several months, then they came back with the same website without the backpack. I never got a single reply from them.
They took my money and left.

The jacket I purchased didn’t fit as I liked so I contacted the company 3 times via their website to return it. They responded and sent me an RA number and would send further instructions, yet have not. I read similar on a review site, looks like a scam.

No communication from company after order confirmation. Tracking number does not work. Was really looking forward to doing business with Apricoat again but it doesn't look good so far this time.
Ordered something YEARS ago
Ordered something YEARS ago and still haven’t received it. I pestered them during the first six months and got several email responses that made excuses, but never received the item I ordered. I am very, Very, VERY disappointed - not that I think they give a damn.
What is happening?
I ordered a total if 3 jackets and it says it was delivered and I bought the protection thing and I still don’t have it! I emailed twice and tried calling 3 times and no response. I had to place another order to ensure they don’t run out of my size since they are running out of sizes and I want to ensure that I get my jackets! I’ve ordered like 2 times prior and never ever had a problem with customer service!!

I ordered my package more than a month ago and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent out multiple emails to Apricoat and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve tried calling but the number does not work. I called the shipping company , DHL e-commerce , and they told me that Apricoat created a label but never sent them my package. The shipping company was therefore not able to process my order. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !! They took my money but didn’t fulfill my order and now no one is around to answer my emails. I will never order from them again as I just lost over 200 dollars. This is ridiculous !!
The WORST customer service ever!!!!
I purchased 3 items and all of them were too small. I attempted to utilize the website to return the items for a refund, and the website does not recognize my order number. I attempted to contact Apricoat via the phone number listed on their website and it is inoperable. I sent three emails to the email address listed on the website and have not received any correspondence in return. I have had to actually attempt to dispute the charges with my credit card company in hopes that someone from Apricoat will contact me back.
The quality of the product seems good however, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

great product. exceptionally quick delivery. precise, speedy communication on order info, tracking and follow up. Packaging in protective pouch was outstanding.

Zipper Tore Out - No Customer Support
I bought a spring/fall coat 2 years ago. I only wear it on walks and to work 2 months in spring and 2 months in fall. Despite being very gentle with this coat, a full 3" of zipper simply tore away from the coat. I called the support line about it, but the "support" line is no longer in service. So, I emailed "Support" twice, over a month ago. Haven't heard a word.
