Yesterday reported Oven not working Repair man arrived today and repaired it quite quickly

So good to know that I’m covered for anything going wrong. Prompt response, Patrick was great, highly recommend.

The repair booking process was very easy. They answered within a reasonable time, and the agent was friendly and attentive. I received a text to say the engineer would contact me to arrange a repair time and I expected to wait a few days. But the engineer called that afternoon to see if I was free and arrived within 20 minutes. My oven is now fixed with a new bulb and heating element.

Everytime, the staff are beyond excellent

Our 20+year old fridge freezer broke down and my husband has a medical condition that requires his medication to be kept refrigerated.
I explained this to the call handler, the engineer and the replacement team and a new fridge freezer was delivered on the 6th day (a bank holiday)
We were very grateful for the prompt attention and understanding of everyone involved and appreciate the outstanding service

Waited 2 weeks for 4 parts but that was ok as expected. Didn’t like first engineer who came to assess washing mashing machine, very cheeky,rude and unhelpful.
Scott who came to fix washing machine was great, friendly, helpful, on time , very tidy will be asking for him again with any future issues thank you again Scott

Completed job and left the area clean and tidy

Janis came to fix the dryer because it wasn't pumping water so fitted a water pump and now everything is ok he was on time polite and good at his job Thankyou
