I signed up for the £1 welcome offer to call Pakistan for 30 mins. I was not given any option for auto top off and did not select anything. I was extremely surprised to notice that I was charged £10 after 7/8 days as an auto top up. When I explored the app I had automatically been signed up to auto top. When I asked for a refund it was refused and I wasnt even able to disable the auto top up feature without customer service being able to do it on their end. TERRIBLE WAY OF RUNNING BUSINESS

The £1 welcome offer you signed up for is a 7-day promotional offer. As outlined in the offer details at the time of purchase and in the terms, once the 7 days expire or the included allowance is used (whichever comes first), the account automatically moves to a £10 Global Credits subscription.
The charge you mentioned was applied in line with these agreed terms, which is why a refund could not be issued.
We always recommend reviewing the full offer details before completing a purchase so that the conditions, including any automatic renewals associated with promotional offers, are clear.

Bonsoir à tous, je ne peux pas rester sans donner mon avis sur cette magnifique application qui a facilité ma vie depuis très longtemps. J’ai eu la chance de connaître une personne honnête qui travaillais dans une agence de télécommunication qui m’a conseillé de télécharger Talk Home et depuis ce jour je ne me passais plus de cette application. Je peux appeler n’importe quel numéro de téléphone du monde et je peux envoyer de crédits de téléphone à n’importe quel opérateur. C’est la meilleure application téléphonique du temps moderne.

Very bad service overall
Very bad service overall. Whenever tried to call there was no sound of ring and no connection but credit deduct. I tried this on different times and my credit deduct. This is totall crap app.
