I lost access to my SIM, I told them there is no one in this area selling their SIM, but now I don't have the SIM and number that I had for years

UNABLE TO USE MY NUMBER, THE COMPANY IS GONE BUST AND NO WAY TO RETRIEVEMY MOBILE NUMBER FROM THE COMPANY

They can increase the call rates for customers who make a lot of calls. They will charge you for text you never sent. Also, the customer services take pride in being rude and inconsiderate.

I had two SIM and for some time both are dead and I was thinking that it may be haven't top up for some period I went to shop after ten shop one had SIM and I bought to replace my old phone number but unfortunately no customer service at all.

Had a connection with them. Useless customer care!!! took my money and there was no connection for more than two weeks. them had to call them for two weeks for a refund. Still there is no refund, no connection and no service.

My sim card has not been working for several months, I have tried to contact the customer service office several times, no one answers, no response at all. I am asking for help in recovering the network and money left on the sim card.The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.You can't reach the customer service at all and in the chat the Conversational Assistant doesn't answer your questions at all and only stupidly asks are we still connected all the time, when you send him several messages with a question he stupidly asks the question are we still conected???You can't get any answers to your questions at all and after a while he end the chat and write Thank you for contacting us. Horrible customer service. They don’t port out the numbers correctly.

Vectone has gone bankrupt. They are based next to my flat in Canary Wharf and a former employee said that they are done, closed.

I am using 07550228393 no for last 5 years .last 4 months I am not getting signal
I am trying costomer service but there is no response

The director of this company should be banned. No customer support, and Vectone numbers are facing issue even if you have ported to other network.

My sim damaged over 2 months now trying call them every other day waiting over 2 hours on call but no answer on call waiting absolutely awful service 56th position in the que omg

Don’t really know how they are getting away by providing such a poor service. My sim is not working and I have used all contact channels showing on their website but not able to speak to anyone. Chat system useless no one is there, I have sent them messages using WhatsApp number but they can’t be bothered. I have called them
Multiple times and it seems like they have only one person helping customers as I have been on the phone for two hours and just moved up one place from 14th to 13th in the queue. Really disappointed and worse ever experience

WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND SUE VECTONE FOR MORAL DAMAGES, AND FOR NOT PROVIDING THE THE SERVICES THEY SAID THEY WILL, WHEN WE ENTERED INA BIDDING CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY CREATED INCONVENIENCE, THEY MADE SOME PEOPLE GO INTO DEPRESSION AND MUCH MORE.. AND ALL BECAUSE, THEY BLOCKED THOUSANDS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS , INCLUDING ME, FROM BEING REACHED BY THEIR LOVED ONES, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THEIR FRIENDS, AND SOME PEOPLE, INCLUDING ME, COULD NOT ACCESS THINGS LIKE BANK ACCOUNTS,etc, DUE TO NEVER RECIEVING ACCESS/CONFIRMATION PIN,etc, AND WAS ALL DUE TO VECTONE'S INCOMPETENCE, AND THE BREACH OF THEIR CONTRACT!
OFCOM SHOULD MAKE VECTONE COMPENSATE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY HAVE PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND SHOULD FINE, EVEN SHUT IF POSSIBLE, THIS, SO CALLED, MOBILE NETWORK PROVIDER, AND ARREST AND PUT IN PRISON THE HEADS OF VECTONE, BECAUSE THEY BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT AND THEY COMMITTED A CRIME BY LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR A CEI LONG TIME... I'M OVER 3 MONTHS WITH NO SERVICE NOW, OR A WORKING SIM, AND THIS CRIMINAL FIRM,VECTONE, DINTRE EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY TO ANY OF ME EMAILS, TEXTS, WHATSAPP, OR CALLS..... HOURS UPON HOURS ON THE PHONE, AND NO LUCK. JUST A POOR APPALLING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!
