Good but shipping insurance is silly
Fast shipping. I didn’t like that I removed the ‘insurance’ for shipping from my cart, went to add something else to my cart and it added ‘shipping insurance’ again so I didn’t look for it and paid for it. Really? Insurance? Every other item I purchase is automatically insured by freight company for mishandling. Why does it auto populate? It is incumbent upon me to thoroughly read before clicking, yes, but why is the setting for insurance automatic? It’s not sales tax, it’s shipping insurance. Shouldn’t that be an option that you can add? Where does this money actually go?
I have owned an APEC RO for probably 6 years. It’s great. I replaced my old softener and added a DI filter system. Yhe DI is for washing my cars. It works great but i still get spots. Honestly that could be due to my technique which I'm working on. The softener is excellent, also. I’m just disappointed in the shipping issue above otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Water quality is much better with APEC RO system
We've had APEC water system for almost 30 years. Recently I signed up for subscribe and save. I love it because I no longer forget to change my sediment and carbon filters and the water quality from my system is better.

Great RO filters and water quality. ROTL filters are convenient but are recently pricing out of affordability. Lower pricing year round, not just during sales, would be welcome. Need a repeat buyer program/discount, particularly since filter sales are annuities.

This is my third unit and second ROES 100
This is my second ROES 100 unit, since I sold my house and had to leave the other one behind I purchased another one while waiting on the new house to be built. The ROES 100 is great, due to the larger delivery tubing allowing the delivery of water twice as fast than my prior ROS50. At my current rental I tried the city water and I can not wait for the RO system water again. A great product for water with out any taste of chemicals.
