I purchased the Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo four months ago. The printer developed three issues shortly after purchase:

The Core-X toolhead module has visible bearing play, causing non-repeatable Z-offset calibration. In the same print session, with no user changes between cycles, the nozzle pressed into the bed in one calibration and produced unattached lines in the next.
One Z-axis leadscrew has visible radial runout with audible rhythmic clicking during movement.
The heated bed shifts spontaneously during heating, homing, and automatic bed leveling, corrupting the ABL mesh mid-sequence.

I submitted 11 video files and photos as evidence, including an 18-minute recording with exact timestamps of every spontaneous bed movement during a real print session.
Anycubic sent a replacement Core-X module under warranty. It had the identical bearing play as the original. I documented this before installation.
After one month of correspondence, Anycubic's engineering team concluded that all observed behavior falls within normal manufacturing tolerance and found no hardware faults. The printer remains unable to produce a reliable first layer.

Once again, I had to reach out to Anycubic customer support with a strange request involving an unusual issue. They were able to help me determine a solution in a speedy manor. I have always had great outcomes with this company's products and services.

After reporting my problem to Anycubic support, they were quick to respond. Suarez, the tech who handled my ticket, was very quick to see my problem and said they were sending me a replacement for the damaged part.. It took a while to get to me since it had to be shipped from China. The part arrived in a very well-padded box. It was installed very easily. I am very satisfied with Anycubic tech support. Anycubic support to the rescue again. I use support often and every time they do a great job helping me find the best solution to fix my issue. In most cases they end up sending me replacement parts at no cost to myself. It amazes me that they stand behind their products so well. most companies say they have warranty service buit don't when you relaly need it. Not the case with Anycubic, they go out of their way to help even when the issue is self caused.

After a couple of hours i already got a response - from a real human. Willing to solve my problems by replacing parts.

I only use AnyCubic hardware and related products. However, what I would like to know is why the prices on the many sales you offer on your webpage the prices are stil the same as or even higher than at the resellers normal price without sale like, Photon P1 printer save €100 becomes €599, but simultaneously the reseller price is €549. A good offer would be at least 49 off the resellers price €549 to €499. Other brands do have really good offers more often.

Pour le moment, une bonne expérience. Le SAV m'a répondu rapidement (moins de 24H, il y a un décalage horaire donc suivant l'heure d'envoi, cela peut prendre plus de temps) et on a pu discuter par mail interposé facilement.
Les pièces endommagées ont été retournées sans soucis.

I had an issue with my Kobra X. I worked with the service team and they ultimately decided to send me a replacement printhead. They have been extremely easy to work with and very helpful along the way!!!

Great full customer experience service. they reply really quick to questions, they are prompt and supportive. also they offer fast solutions.

Anycubic's support team was quick and prompt. They simply asked for a video of the problem, and was able to diagnose the problem and immediately shipped new parts to fix the problem. I felt heard and they didn't question me more than the initial inquiry.

The customer support team are very nice and helpful.

Ponad rok temu kupiłem Kobrę S1. Przedrukowałem ponad 1000 godzin. za te pieniądze drukarka jest świetna! Drukowałem praktycznie z większości materiałów (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon - i wiele ich odmian, CF, silk fluor itp.) i musze powiedzieć, że drukarka radzi sobie bardzo dobrze. Podczas roku eksploatacji miałem dwie usterki - pierwsza to pęknięty plastik w ekstruderze, druga to przegrzane złącze hotendu. Obie zgłoszone na support anycubic, w obu przypadkach w 3-4 dni miałem paczkę z częścią zastępczą przysłaną DHL z niemiec. Wiele osób pisze o problemach z pierwszą warstwą - ja na szczęście tego nie dośiwadczyłem. Wiele osób pisze o problemach z ACE - to też mnie szczęśliwie ominęło (pomijając raz czy dwa razy że podwinął się mi filament przy wkładaniu, ale to po prostu wyciągnąłem, wsadziłem jeszcze raz i śmiga).
Slicer działa, łączność działa. Może kamera nie jest najwybitniejsza, ale nadal to sprzęt za połowę ceny bambusa. Nie bawiłem się w customsofty, ale mam zrobioną integrację z Home Assistant i działa to świetnie.
Drukarka już się dawno spłaciła w częściach które podrukowałem, jakość jest bardzo dobra, czas druku również niczego sobie. I tak, oczywiście że widzę różnicę w stosunku do powiedzmy X1C, ale widzę też różnicę w cenie i gdybym miał brać drugi raz, to również wybrałbym Kobrę. Ale pewnie Max, bo ten większy buildplate zawsze kusi bardziej :)

Ottima assistenza clienti, problema risolto subito, il pezzo di ricambio è arrivato subito e imballato bene.

My Anycubic 3D printer after only 2 years started to work badly, and they told me the model is already discontinued, what!? just a 2 years old printer!!
Anycubic restricts their commercial warranty to ONLY 1 year, while competitors provide longer ones. Don´t buy anything at Anycubic.

They actually advised me to get a replacement motherboard from a different website. They aren't compliant with the EU laws. The printer is under warranty!!

They offered an insulting 15 euro discount and 2kg of PLA... Anycubic is THE WORST !!
