Order dispacted 7 days after it was placed, when the delivery information says: 'We strive to deliver your order within 1-5 days of purchase.' Feedback requested before goods received, as goods not received yet 8 days after the order.

No more shocks.
I use a power wheelchair,I recently had laminate flooring laid,a nice polished slate effect finnish. To my horror I discovered my wheelchair was being charged with static every time I moved.I was getting static shocks whenever I touched anything that was earthed,ie radiators, light switches, and anybody that touched me.A nightmare!. I was looking on line for a solution,I found the EDS website I ordered some hard surface esd spray. It worked an absolute treat no marking,no streaks provided you let it dry properly.it is water based so no nasty odours.I am delighted with this product. It has been about a month since fist application and it is still doing its job no more sparks.
Excellent service,would highly recomend.

Hi Tarek, I am very surprised to see this review. I can see that your order was delivered on time (within the time scale provided for standard shipping as this is the shipping option you have chosen). None of our team members can recall a phone call from yourself asking for technical support which we would gladly provide. The user manual can also be sent to you digitally but this was never requested. Please can you get in touch with ourselves as there is no answer on the telephone number you have provided.
Good quality and good prices.

Hard to deal with
Hard to deal with. Long story short… I was waiting about a month for my order to come. Half of it was wrong and now it seem impossible to organise the return. Very disappointing.

Hi Magda,
I am sorry to see this review. As per our email communications, I can confirm we have sent the correct products to you (2 wrist bands) and that you may have mistakenly ordered the wrong product through our website. We have since been in touch to attempt to resolve this issue for you, so that you can organise a return for the 2 wrist bands you have ordered.
Very pleased.
Very pleased with the ESD UK plug. Versatile in terms of connectivity and arrived super quick. Recommended.

Anti- static plugs, straps and coils
Easy to order the items I needed and they arrived quickly as expected. I purchased various straps, plugs, coiled and straight wires and few other things to help with static problems in our workshop here. I've used the plugs and straps directly on vac hoses and fixtures on our cyclones to take away the ever present static and they work really well. Very pleased with the oucome.
