quality products with good service
Anti-static ESD is a company I’ve found that delivers the highest quality products with a service to back this up. The prices are the best I’ve found too and delivery was next day. I would like to recommend you all to visit the website and purchase from them.

Inadequate Packaging & Customer Service
Ordered a single ESD safe lab chair costing over £250. Chair arrived in a smashed, battered box with a large hole on one side.
Contacted antistatic ESD with photographic evidence to show how bad I thought this was and that I find it absolutely unacceptable.
All they could say is "it didn't leave us like that". That I fully understand and I know couriers can be rough on parcels, but the onus is on antistatic ESD to pack their items properly using appropriate materials as required.
I requested that they arrange to take the chair (unopened from the battered box) back and issue a full refund. They just said that we should open up the box and the chair should be fine. Completely missing the point of good customer service and how to rectify extremely poor packaging procedures.
We will not be using them again.

Svar fra Anti-Static ESD
Hello,
I am sorry to hear this. Having gone through the entire trail of communications, I can see that the outer cardboard box had a very small rip however this does occasional happen from time to time due to the way couriers handle parcels. We had placed 6 straps on the outside of the cardboard box. As a result the contents inside were packaged securely and safely to avoid any damages. On this occasion the ESD chair you purchased was undamaged and you are using it currently.
We feel it is slightly unfair for us to receive this feedback, as the cardboard box is intended to keep the product inside secure and we do not expect our customers to receive the packaging in an entirely unmarked condition each time. Taking the entire chair and box back just to replace again with the same chair and a box without a small tear would be highly uneconomically and we feel un-necessary. However, thank you for your feedback and we will look to see if we can improve our packaging moving forward in any case.
Excellent service
Excellent service. After I placed a small order on the website, the team contacted me and helped me finalise the correct product and advised on the best methods. The prices were very competitive and delivery happend with no problems. I will be very happy to purchase further product in the future.

ESD Mat just as ordered, and of good quality.
The mat is just as ordered, and of excellent quality. I am very happy with it.
It seems more robust and stable than most of the other ESD Desk Mats I have tried.
There were issues with the delivery, but these was the fault of their courier, and the company itself was very helpful and prompt in sorting it out.
