Anime Emporium Anmeldelser

My figure was packaged very safely, it arrived with no damage at all and was shipped out within 2 days of my purchase. I’m very happy with this service and will definitely be buying from them again!

They are always helpful if I have questions about my order and everything is packaged very well. They also have the best prices I've seen for the items I've bought from them(figurines, badges, acrylic stands and small collectibles).

Fantastic. Item was shipped very quickly, it was packaged very thouroughly and arrived safely. Item was fantastic exactly what I wanted. Thanks

Good range of items, well packaged, arrived in a timely manner.

Quick postage, well packaged both around the figure box and inside.
Never had an issue

There was a slight delay in shipping, which wasn't their fault, and they replied swiftly and politely to my enquiry on my purchase. Was shipped shortly after and arrived promptly.

To be quite fair, once my order arrived, it was all fine. But Jesus Christ, the communication is awful! I don’t know if I can even say that, because there hardly was to begin with. My order was delayed a few times and each time, I received no notice. I would have to email multiple times and then eventually I’d get a reply a few days or a week later. It’s ridiculous. The prices are affordable in comparison to huge retailers that sell similar products, but I’m not sure it’s even worth it to be honest. I wouldn’t order from them again that’s for sure.

I buy my prize tier figures from their site. The prices are good and shipping is fast

i liked how they replied to my emails and concerns about my package not turning up when it was supposed to.

however the only problem i had was having to wait another month for my preordered figure (which was not entirely their fault.) other than that i'm very satisfied.

I was kept up to date on my order and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Came incredibly quick and in perfect condition!

Item came packaged really well it was a good price I’m definitely gonna buy from here again

Amazing service, box was in perfect condition, the figure was packed amazingly aswell.

Quick delivery and package arrived securely! Highly recommend, will be ordering again.

Better prices than what I see elsewhere plus their shipping time is pretty good on everything but the pre orders I think

The webpage is easy to use and understand making buying things easy. After some personal confusion with pre orders and shipping dates i emailed for help and was met with nice staff who explained things to me well and reassured me in my purchase letting me know what to expect

Great seller, highly recommend!

I’d been searching for the Possessed Lamb plushie for my son but everywhere was out of stock. I signed up to be informed when an item came into stock and as soon as I got the in stock email from Anime Emporium I ordered the plushie, and it arrived literally 3 days later. I was amazed it was so fast, and my son was overjoyed to receive it in time for his 13th birthday.

the go-to place for anime figures

ordered a figurine from these kind folk, more than happy to keep you up-to-date with delivery, actually comes well protected & properly packaged, no damages, all around a brilliant service.

There was some delays in dispatch because of when I ordered, but that's my fault. Whenever I contacted the site, they were extremely helpful. The parcel arrived well wrapped and protected I've ever seen.
