Animaker Inc. Anmeldelser

Animaker is good app ,helpfull video editing .

Paid 45$ for a month but actually paid 45$ for a single 1 minute Video. After this only 22 seconds of credits were left. And the generated Video was not satisfactory nor usefull. Feel scammed.

A fantastic animation presentation tool. Perfect for e-learning courses.

I recently contacted the support team with an issue, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. What made my experience great was their responsiveness and dedication to making sure everything was working. Keep up the excellent customer support and the great work on making Animaker such an excellent tool. Thank you!

I've had a great overall experience using Animaker. The platform is easy to use, and I really like the exciting new AI-powered features that are being added. They make creating videos faster and more enjoyable.

One of the standout aspects is the excellent support from the IT/customer support team. They're responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues, which makes a big difference.

Video rendering speed could be improved and I'd also love to see a wider variety of character actions and animations to make videos even more dynamic.

Overall, it's a fantastic platform that's continually improving, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use animation and video creation tool.

I really enjoy using Animaker to create educational videos. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, even for a complete novice of video making like myself.

A really great and quick support team. Always happy to help promptly and very good recontact to all what will find out of the problem and searching for a real good solution.

Fast friendly response, able to support my needs.

This site/app is amazing. Great quality of video.

Animaker is a perfect platform supporting novices to create engaging animated videos for educational or marketing purposes. Recently I had the opportunity to explore the app while designing an instructional video for a professional development course. As an educator seeking to improve my instructional game through the use of AI tools, I found Animaker to be just what I needed. The application provides a one-stop-shop with all the tools needed for animated video design including characters, landscapes, music, AI voice overs, text features and more. I love the video I designed and believe the animated video story will engage my students in learning an otherwise boring literary lesson. A couple difficulties included struggling to guide the AI voiceover to emphasize certain words and struggling to turn down the background music volume. However, these issues may be limitations of the free version of the program. My best wish would be for an option to purchase the Starter Package at $25.00 per month (rather than paying the annual fee up front) to help me affordably try out the program to see if it is worth the investment.

Reached out to customer service about the Gen AI video feature and got a quick, helpful response. It's only available on the premium plan, but they offered a 7-day free trial to test it out. Good support experience so far. Will update after I try the feature.

Customer service and solutions

Fantastic drag and drop features. The tutorials are really helpful. The platform turned my vision into a reality. Thank you!

Perfect very convenient

Excellent customer support!

I had an issue where Japanese text appeared as broken characters in my exported video. The support team (special thanks to Bala and Rufus!) responded very quickly and kept me updated at every step. They escalated the issue to their team and fixed it perfectly. The Japanese text now displays correctly.

What impressed me most was their politeness, quick response time, and the clear progress updates throughout the process. It's rare to find such thoughtful and reliable support. I'm very satisfied and will continue using Animaker for my video projects. Highly recommended!

I loved the experience. I did not know Animaker. It is very easy and intuitive to navigate the plataform. And I could very easily clear up all doubts through tutorials - no extra help needed.
