I couldn’t be happier with Anglo Pacific
I couldn’t be happier with Anglo Pacific’s service. When I needed to ship my some of my elderly parents’ belongings from the UK to New Zealand at short notice, Dominic Wyatt responded immediately and had the shipment collected within a week. Communication from Dipak Parmar, the move manager, was also excellent and his team turned up on time and very quickly and efficiently packed and removed the items. The customer service from both Dominic and Dipak was outstanding despite the time difference (I am in New Zealand) - I’ll go straight to Anglo Pacific for any future shipments. A huge thank you to the team!

Dominic was really great responding quickly to my query, turning the move around very quickly and finding a solution to me not knowing an exact address that my furniture would be sent to. Dipak was helpful with the additional information and ensuring the movers showed up on time. The 2 guys who did the packing couldnt have been better. Great, fast and effective and communicative and good to deal with.
My one piece of feedback is that the insurance was complicated and it wasn't made clear this had to be done on top of the quote. Other companies include insurance in the quote which made this one look lower than it was, once insuracne is added

Dominic was great at not only taking the time to perform a detailed video survey but also provide comprehensive information on the move process (currently pencilled for next year). Everything was transparent, including all potential options for shipping and the prices involved. The final quote was competitive compared to other quotes and we are confident in the decision to use their services for our upcoming relocation.

Great international moving experience
Great international moving experience. Very efficient packing / moving day, and great communication about logistics from sales person (Jack Connolly) and moving coordinator (Dipak Parmar). We more complex requirements with a need for both airfreight and seafreight + two different delivery locations, but they were able to accommodate every request. We asked for quotes from several companies and API pricing was very reasonable. Would use them again.

The experience was easy from start to finish including great advice and prompt replies from Dipak. On the day Erich and Szabi were friendly and highly efficient. They took care to wrap everything carefully but still managed to do it at lightening speed!

We worked with Anglo Pacific Movers and had a truly positive experience. Dipak Parmar and Michael Laverty were both extremely helpful — their estimates were precise, and all the packing materials were provided well in advance of moving day.
On the day itself, a team of four arrived and did an excellent job. They were efficient, respectful, and managed to pack everything within a single day — fast, tidy, and well-organized.

A calm support during a stressful time
Anglo Pacific provide you with a calm and thorough experience, which can otherwise be very stressful. Even though there were a few little bumps along the way, they went above and beyond to help and make things go smoothly.
