Received the slumber pjs for as a…
Received the slumber pjs for as a Christmas Gift, however after wearing and washing once following the washing instructions, the pants have become bobbled and the seam has become undone. Emailed the customer service team to which I received a lovely reply from Olivia, however then received a further reply from another cs team member at “angel collections”? Still awaiting confirmation of my partial refund after I declined paying to return the faulty pants. For the price I would expect better quality and a more prompt reply from the customer service team.

90% of the negative reviews are because of something that happened 10/11 years ago and have nothing to do with the brand!!! The clothes are very high quality, always delivered on time and the customer service is great, I can not fault the company or the clothes, 5* from me

This is solely based on the experience using Angelle Collection as a company, my parcel was delivered promptly, maybe not as quick but that's because of Christmas/new year. Quality really good and the fit is perfect. Regardless of what's happened recently I can't fault the business / quality of clothing

Worse than WoollyFluff.com and they were appalling! Definitely do not recommend!
I bought clothes for my fiancée before Christmas which are still yet to arrive. No customer support has responded to my emails and there doesn’t seem to be a telephone to call to try and get this resolved.
The customer service I received from WoollyFluff.com was much better.. they actually replied regardless of how useless they were!
Also, the lovely owner of Angelle Collection, Ms Elle Darby, apparently hates me and thinks I’m ‘stinky’. I shower everyday!

Honest opinion
Unfortunately can no longer support this brand due to the fact of the tweets and comments that have surfaced and the insincere apology from the founder of the brand.
Will be asking for a refund for my items bought in the Boxing Day sale. As cannot wear and advertise clothing by a brand that has racist, homophobic views. Completely unacceptable. You have lost a customer. And a follower. I know a lot of your customers and followers feel this way.

Quality of products isn't great and mirroring what others have said below customer service are not helpful getting issues resolved. Wouldn't purchase from here again.

Bought my jumpsuit that cost me £60!!
Bought my jumpsuit that cost me £60!!! Had a massive thread up the back end so it was unwearable. Emailed customer service for them to tell me it can’t be returned or replaced as it’s been worn. I tried it on and that’s how I discovered the thread! £60 down the drain.
