I am actually quite saddened that I have to write such a bad review. But I have placed two orders on the 30th of November and up until this day haven't received anything. I am running two appeals now, to get my money back. What I don't get about this is: If something went wrong fine, these things happen but why not e-mail customers and just give their money back. Now you are losing customers that do not trust shopping here ever again. Shame, because I liked the clothes.

Let’s start of with the hyped up
Boxing Day sale……🙄 was about to check out and the website crashed!
Turns out that whoever runs the website for angelle collection buggered the prices up….15 minutes later after refreshing the page…..the website comes back but guess what…the prices have doubled
Anyway!! Continued with my order and checked out although the postage fee seems high
Received “all” my order
Slumber pyjamas starting to bobble
Luna tee had some sort of pink splash back on the side of the top
I know it’s sold as “lounge/oversized” but the trouser length on the size small is ridiculous!
I’m glad I didn’t pay the full price as it seems to be way over priced for what is it and also the customer service seems to be quiet so getting money back or a return sounds like a ball ache!

Don’t bother.
Awful awful website to order from, placed an order on Boxing Day paid the delivery charge of £5…Over 2 weeks later my order still hadn’t arrived, I sent an email to customer service to ask where my order was… I had a response a couple of days later telling me they have “over sold” on stock and that they were “sorry” and did I want to cancel my order. Ofcourse I didn’t want to cancel my order or I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. (Quick enough to take my money at checkout even though they had “over sold” but I was still able to purchase it) I was then later that week sent a “dispatched” email which stated all 4 items I had purchased were on there way to me, I have now received my order and only 2 items have arrived. Customer service, delivery are all totally shocking, I will not be ordering from this website again.

I ordered from the Boxing Day sale, delivery was delayed due to a stock issue of one of my item. Got a refund for this piece & for the delivery. My other items arrived, and was missing an item!! Not happy, as I now only have one part of my matching set.
Things are too oversized and quality isn’t great either. Do not pay full price for anything (if you did want to order.)

Regardless of recent events with the owners of the company. I have received my first order from them missing an item. This does not look good for a ‘luxury loungewear brand’. Also the bralette I received is sooo thin you get better quality from Primark.

Nightwear form here is terrible!
I bought the PJ’s front here and wore them and washed as the label says, they bobbled and bitty and awful quality, they cost a lot of money too so I’m not impressed at all. I emailed customer service and got 10% off my next order and was basically told it was my fault. Never ordering again.
